It's best to park in the rear and go in through the side entrance (near the 'garage door') because I don't think anyone has used the front door in ages. They only accept cash or checks! Don't walk in thinking you'll get brightly lit aisles or fancy decor, this place is legit and geared toward contractors, they don't mess around. You go in for what you need and leave with what you need. So you'll have to step over boxes on the floor and squeeze between huge rolls of carpeting (which they also have available for purchase).

After 12 hours of painting the banister railings, just to find out what I have is definitely NOT deep rich dark brown expresso color but greenish grey is outrageous. Not only she wasted my 12 hours and labor, she will have me waste another whole weekend sending all this crap off the banisters and rails. Sherwin-Williams cannot even mix the color correctly for the price they charge for paint. If you have too much time on hand and need to waste your time and efforts , Sherwin-Williams in Pleasant Prairie is for you. Edited for update: So today 10/2/22, my husband returned to the Sherwin-Williams paint store in Pleasant Prairie WI with both cans of paint. After waiting almost 45 minutes, now he was told they do not have the same Emerald semi-gloss base coat. When I called the store, clerk "explained" depends on the base color, colorant formula is different, so the result may vary depends on the base paint. In other words, regardless of the paint chip, finished color is a crapshoot. When I questioned this, she then said "Your husband didn't like the color (1st can of Urban Bronze)" so she "changed" for him (2nd can of paint) Running out of excuses resulting in now unintelligible lies. She rudely said store made reimbursement for paint then hung up the phone. For all I care they can keep every cent of it. But her sinking in 12hr painting (in addition to stripping wrong color) banister rails and carved posts would be a fair reimbursement.

I went to Lowe's and had the same thing done with their color match system Lowe's gives a guarantee that if it does not match for any reason they will take the paint back no questions asked. For the same quality Sherwin-Williams paint the Lowe's cost was less nd their guarantee was 100% so I'm confused how Sherwin Williams store stays in business. To me it's very poor customer service and I will never again go to Sherwin-Williams for anything. I will only be going to Lowe's from now on.

We used 8 colors in the different rooms and hallways, including ceilings, walls, windows and trim. Greg gave us an accurate estimate of the time that would be needed to do the work and he charged a fair price. He was meticulous in executing the various stages of the job. When we need furniture, we purchase from Total Furniture as the product is durable and well made. The prices are also very good for the quality. We did purchase the extended warranty, and this time, we needed to use it as our reclining chair broke. They were unable to find the matching piece, so it provided us an allowance to purchase a new chair. We picked one out and brought it home, and two weeks later, the motor stopped working. The warranty is now void because it was a new piece, and the piece was a final sale. We reached out to the manufacturer whose info was attached to the chair, and they told us to contact Total Furniture for assistance. I called and left a message on Tuesday, but I had to wait until Friday at the earliest to hear back as they are closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I received a call back from Nick, who worked with me via text and provided photos and responses, and he finally followed up and said he believed he had a motor that may work. I went to pick it up on Sunday, and Mark then assisted to assure the motor he had was the correct one. So, many thanks to these two gentlemen who work for a great company who stands behind their products. We will return to Total Furniture when looking for new furniture and, in the meantime, spread the word about the great service they provide!

I read all the reviews and selected this painter because of the positive comments. We, unfortunately, did not get the same service. Bob/Midwest Painting Group took our $2,025 deposit on May 18th, never showed up to start the job, and has not returned the deposit. He does not dispute that he owes us a refund, just won't return our money. This is fraud. I fired them because Bob made every excuse in the book on why he did not show up: 1) two separate vehicle problems on two separate Wednesday mornings and then he nor his crew could come out through Friday (so three days of not working?) because they could not transport ladders, 2)they couldn't find our house using GPS (although Bob and two other workers made it to quote and pick up the deposit!), 3) the workers said it was too far to come to our house. and 4) I found out he lied about already having the paint and supplies purchased. He has also lied numerous times about sending the deposit back. He said he mailed it, then said he mailed it certified, then said he sent it using Zelle (but it would take 5-10 days!) My house was completely painted with 10 days of firing Bob, I had to pay that painter and Bob has my $2,025. PS: He was in a snit because I went to his home to request a refund. I went to the address on his estimate, which I assumed was a business address.(
