They were clean, consistent, easy to work with--and they liked our cats, too! The project was delivered mostly on schedule and mostly on budget (the only overage was the purchase of additional bags of cement for fixing the floors--but this was explained early and clearly and was not a surprise cost). They didn't use furniture pads that I bought for them to put under the couch and other furniture. I thought they used them and when I tried to move my couch, it scratched the floor. When I called them, they said it wasn't their responsibility to use the furniture pads or to get the streaks out so it looks like a new floor. They were very rude. I ended up hiring a new company for $3500 to get my floors looking the way they should've the first time. I would never use them again. They said there's nothing more they could do and it wasn't their responsibility to put on the furniture pads. I talked to the president of the company and he was very rude.
