Our most recent mistake of using express, we had multiple issues we needed addressed and some of them got fixed and the others were misdiagnosed. We've now been without a vehicle for a month and a half, and we still have to drop it off yet again. We have spent over $3500 on a 2007 vehicle fixing things that weren't even the issue. The current owner claims that he will make it right, but I would much rather drop it off once at a dealership and be done with this.

My car was approximately two months old and had been damaged on the road by a piece of flying metal. However, when Preston Collision was finished, there was a scratch on my touch screen. The owner checked to see the replacement cost, said it was too much and told me, and I quote, "It is your word against mine. I am not fixing it." The staff, particularly the owner's son, told me that my car was cleaned inside as a courtesy. However, when I showed him the scratch on my touch screen, he stated that no one had been inside of my car. The place was filled with unprofessional people and I would rather drive four states away than take a vehicle here.
