I called the owner, Arin, who was fantastic and willing to work with us. He was super responsive via phone and text, very warm and welcoming in person like we've been friends for years, and has a great sense of humor. He offered us complimentary water, tea, and champagne for us to sip on which we welcomed in the hot summer heat! He had everything set up with a bunch of flowers and vases to choose from and gave us some great tips and suggestions on how to cut the flowers and arrange them. We learned so much! While making our flowers, we were laughing and chatting with Arin who was so friendly and kind and the time just flew by. As we were leaving, we mentioned my mother was watching my baby niece so we could come out so he made her an amazing bouquet on the spot which she loved! Arin grew up in the flower business and has been doing this since he was 5. Making beautiful flowers is in his DNA but what sets him apart is his honesty and friendliness. I've shopped at many flower stores in San Diego and Pretty Petals SD is very reasonably priced for the quality, amount of flowers, and awesome customer service you get. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing.
