The second repair at a later date was to replace the DVD player. I was in the middle of a Windows 7 system rebuild to eliminate a virus when the DVD player broke. I only expected Mr. Maggiore to replace the DVD, but he went ahead on his own time to complete the system rebuild. That is what I call excellent customer service! I have since sent him other business and all of those customers have been equally satisfied.

He spent 5 hours (at his rate which is the same for me as everyone else) transfering all of my files, insatalling, updating, connecting tweeking this downloading that leaving nothing left for me to do but sign in and re-enter ID'S and passwords etc. Also, next week he will be back to re-evaluate his work, make adjustments (all for no charge) and then begin re-designing my new web site for my sunglasses business. That too at a very reasonable rate. My fellow yelpers' I'm delighted beyond gegabytes! My USP ports runnith over! There is no way I could have done this without him and his expertise. I mean really where do you find PC people that have all of these cool FREE downloads right from their web site: AVG Security, Crap Cleaner, Adware, Microsoft programs for cool sounds...oh the list of good fortune is endless! Okay maybe some others but everything is user friendly and, he is available for consult either via text or phone. So, just like when I had to have my car in tip top condition when I was in corperate and kept a top notch mechanic available at reasonable rates available now, I have a PC professional for my PC & Lap Top needs.
