I provided example photos of the style we were interested in upon first speaking with Brian. The photos we recieved were nothing like what we requested or what was depicted regarding examples of his work on Yelp. In his defense, it was a gloomy autumn day but he did not anticipate the poor lighting nor did he bring any specialty equipment such as using a light reflector or flash boxes to improve lighting. After reaching out to see if the photos could be improved with editing, he became very defensive and unwilling to help. He arrived 20 minutes late, and complained about being ill the entire shoot. My daughter's face was partly obstructed in one of the photos which was the only photo sent of that style. I wanted to try and find a way, through editing, to improve the photos but again, the photographer was unwilling to help. I don't recommend his services for senior photos.

During the session, she was great with my 4 year old and he took to her right away. My husband and I were both sick and told her if she could work as fast as possible, and she did.
