He walked is through the new upgrades and even helped my husband figure out how to connect his hearing aides as they are very important to my husband's job and life. He even went outside in the freezing weather to help get the phone mount and cable hooked up for the phone, so it worked in my husband's truck. We were treated with kindness and knowledge and could not be happier with the manager and the techs that work there. What I found after inspecting my negatives and slides was the truly atrocious part. The negatives were filthy. I do not mean that the outside the plastic negative sleeve was dirty, but inside. There was a ton of dust, some sort of hair (animal?) and some sort of dried liquid on the negatives. Also a lot of the negatives and slides had scratches on them. I thought it might be from my camera but it is on some of them, and not on others, and the scratches are not similar. The actual processing seemed ok, but the level of filthiness was a joke. Look elsewhere for your processing needs, unless you enjoy dirty, scratched up negatives and slides.

The most recent batch of film came back super clean - C-41 and black and white sheet film. He also was proactive and polite about correcting an issue with the order. I don't use Praus for roll film - I can run it myself at home or have a local labs do it in their roller machines. For sheet film, you can't beat the nitrogen burst processing used at Praus Productions. P.S. I would read Godzilla's other reviews before putting to much weight on the one posted here....

Yes folks the apartment complex I live in the windows get drafty this time of year and I caught a mild case of pneumonia. Not to bad though, I'm lucky! So I went to Harbor and got my duct tape. This store is always clean and the inventory has more tools than you can count. Always neat, in place, well stocked. There were 2 girls that assisted me. Hilda showed me the tape shelf and the cashier cashed me out. They were both very professional and courteous. I've never had a problem there. On occasion a product wasn't right or I didn't need it and I returned it. I strongly suggest you stop by here if you're looking for tools.

I have caught around 8 mice in three weeks and I'm sure I would have caught more if I had been able to get there more. I put three traps in yesterday and came back today less than 24 hours later and caught three more. I told the person in the office and he comes out and gets them and throws them in the trash but that's it. He gave me a whopping $20 off my unit for buying mouse traps. How about a Free month or something. Or maybe care a little and say I am going to call the pest people and see what we can do. No nothing. He says we have bait stations which a) where covered with a foot of snow all winter and b) are broken open and have no bait in them. Just a bad place to store your items.
