I was called to pick up my glasses.. about 2 months after purchasing them one frame broke and the other one lost the nose pad. I went back in and wanted to get them fixed.. the African American woman was so rude to me.. said we can't fix them u have to buy new glasses.. 2 months old u have got to be kidding me. Obviously there's no back up for their products so I suggest u go elsewhere.. I won't be going back.

We came in and the service was spot on, very attentive and got seated right away, straightened out our vision insurance, got right to work. That was mid morning. In less than 4 hours, both pair of glasses got refitted with new lenses for just over $200. Wow. They fit and we're set up perfect. Now, I go to look at the reviews and was shocked to see 2.2! Don't believe it. I'm not getting paid for advertising, I do reviews only when I'm compelled. Give these guys your business, you won't find a better place near them.

And he runs a tight ship. He's very busy but when you are a sought after top surgeon that's to be expected. Despite this I feel you get all the time you need in an unhurried fashion. It's obvious the doctor truly cares. If you need a great eye doctor in Melbourne Viera or Rockledge and especially if you have cataracts go see Dr. McManus. He's the best.

I was referred to Dr. Patricia LaFleur at the eye Institute for medicine and surgery. I was quite apprehensive as I have never had any type of eyelid surgery or eye. surgery or facial surgery before. I think that Dr. LaFleur was the nicest person I've ever met. Honestly. She put me at ease right away and was so kind and understanding, particularly given that I was a bit nervous. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The surgery went extraordinarily well and it is as though the condition was never there to begin with. I was also concerned about the possibility of scarring at the incision site but I am so pleased to say that there's no evidence of scarring whatsoever. On another note, her assistants in the Office were also nice, friendly and polite. They were very professional and obviously everyone had a great deal of experience. The whole situation was as excellent as it possibly could be. If somebody else needs this kind of medical service and they live anywhere in the Melbourne, Suntree, or Rockledge area, take it from me, there's no need to travel all the way to Bascom Palmer or to mayo clinic. We're fortunate to have the best eyelid surgeon anywhere right here in Melbourne. Her name is Dr. Patricia LaFleur and she is a surgeon at the eye Institute for medicine and surgery.

I have been to many eye doctors in my life, but this was by far the greatest experience I've ever had. Dr. Craig Naberhaus, O.D., is hands down the best eye doctor I've ever seen. His professionalism and bedside manner are beyond compare. Additionally, Julie Hohlmer in optical sales is extraordinary--she provided assistance that went above and beyond my expectations. I completed a 52 question text message questionnaire. Then was told they didn't receive it. I truly felt like they did not want to have me as a patient. They cater to children and it is readily apparent they do not want adults as patients. They are the most inconsiderate business I have encountered in a long time. If you are an adult, STAY AWAY!
