First off I took my now 9year old son here when he was 3 months old and it was literally a DAY & NIGHT experience. However, that was 9 years ago ...his pictures came out GREAT I still have them framed till this day. The photoshoot was never timed or rushed we got to do several outfit changes and props. This is why I was so disappointed with my recent experience. They were very diligent in confirming my appointment. I had told them how I wanted the shoot to go ahead of time and was really excited at first. The day of the shoot-I thought I would be running late due to traffic so I called to say I maybe running late. They immediately suggested rescheduling. I let them know that my eta was still before my exact appointment time and that I didn't live close so I really would prefer not to reschedule -they said they would check with the manager to see if I could still be seen. That was not an issue for me but they let me know for the first time my time slot was only 15minutes. Like who has a photoshoot for a 3month old for only 15minutes. So I arrived there exactly on time. Literally like 5min early. But I was greeted with an awful smell! Someone did pet photos And it smelt like straight DOG SHIT! Awful smell I felt like someone should have lit a candle or something. The space is fairly small so it made it worse. Anyways the gentleman I spoke to when I walked in was very nice but it seemed a bit chaotic. Mind you this is holiday season so I was expecting them to be busy. However, atp I am filling out paperwork that I already spoke with someone over the phone about I.e background theme etc. I am noticing I am waiting for the people before me to finish up. So I change my baby clothes to his outfit and they were ready for me. Wrong theme , ( I had said no Christmas themes because I don't celebrate) wrong background, ( I said white) they had grey No 3 month old sign they said they would have -and they are rushing me telling me to pretty much hurry up. I brought all my props confirmed my theme before the appointment (twice) they made me fill out paperwork when I came in: they still anit have the right backdrop or let me decorate they kept saying I had to hurry up and that they didn't have enough time for anymore photos because of other appointments. My baby boy was NOT happy at all gave me no smiles ( not their fault) but they got the nerve to be charging $300 for packages. If you offer baby or newborn photos you should understand how babies are and give more grace so that the photos come out better. It was horrible being rushed since they wanted to overbook appts. The photographer seemed like he was trying his best to help but you could tell he was def under a lot of stress. The manager was constantly telling him to hurry up. She was never unpleasant and always professional she also tried to help me but it just wasn't anything like I expected and wanted I just didn't like the experience in general nothing against the staff themselves just the lack of preparation and the rushing. Lastly I had a Groupon that they just could not get to work. The person helping me was brand new so he also didn't know a lot and was learning. He was super nice and friendly - but after 45min she finally put in her manager override and applied the discount. After the 4th attempt it would have been nice if she did it earlier- it was super packed and I had a newborn and was trying to just leave. Unfortunately, I paid a little over $150 for my package and the actual photos did not come out as nice. I'm not sure the quality looked a bit fuzzy and of course cause I got 0 smiles from my LO. I was better off using my cell phone and that is exactly what I did for my son's 3 month old pictures. I went home and used my ring light a back drop I created and took my own photos that came out way better so I used those to post and share with family.

No associates on floor. In Thursday , August 11,2016 only one register between three floors was open. I left my shopping.

Very sad experience and honestly one that felt like racial profiling…read more I made an appointment a month in advance to bring in a large amount of items for consignment (almost all of them were designer with tags attached). I arrived a few minutes early with my things and stepped away for about 6-8 minutes to use the restroom elsewhere since I was told I couldn't use theirs, which I understood. When I came back, the owner quickly told me she had already looked through everything and didn't want any of it. I was shocked because my things were clearly untouched and I had a suitcase with a number-code lock on it. I asked her twice if she had opened the suitcase, and she said yes, but I was aware that she never actually went through my things at all. I left upset and called the store afterward to confront her. She panicked, kept apologizing, and said she learned a big lesson from this. What is disappointing is that I was judged before I was even given a chance. I couldn't help but feel that my dark hair and brown skin played a role in how I was treated and that assumptions were made about what I may have brought in. No one should walk into a business and feel dismissed or stereotyped like that. I do not recommend consigning or shopping here.

Positives to this location is that you can shop in a hurry before or after buying your groceries at Trader Joe's next door. The BEST Trader Joe's in the area by the way. It's located on a strip mall. It has handicap parking right at the door! Hardwood floors for easy gliding if you have a wheel chair or walker. Double doors and handicap accessible fitting room which all were clean. I lead with this because it's a unique plus point. Chico's also has its own sizes 0,1,2, and 3. You are greeted as soon as you walk in with friendly help at the register. The fabric ( mostly cotton blends and microfiber) is nice and the clothes are well made. They have many neutral monochrome selections as well as bold patterns. They are pricey, but always have markdowns and sales on top of the mark downed prices. Even then, their stuff is more expensive than my favorite work clothes place, Ann Taylor Loft. ATL really knows how to have sales, and they give a teacher discount. Not sure if Chico's does that, but if they did, I'd shop here more often.

I saw some cute casual shoes on clearance. Came up to $20! Not bad at all. The original price was like $50! The guy who rang me up was very nice and professional. I took the shoes home and decided to try them on. Although it was my size (7), they were really big - like they were falling off my feet big. I decided to return them next time I came to the mall or at least exchange them. Last week I came to return these big shoes! The woman at the counter was busy cleaning up and ignored me for a bit. I let her do her thing. She finally addressed me and I explained that I wanted to do a return. She looked at the shoes and immediately said, "sorry...final sale." I stated that I was not told that upon purchasing nor did the receipt list that. She just said sorry again and that was it. I was not going to "fight" over $20, but it was the principle of it! GUESS I'll be giving these shoes away! See what I did there?!

Fantastic service from the staff of this store yesterday!…read more I scoured the entire mall looking for a last minute, Beyonce-themed shirt for my best friend's bachelorette party this weekend. I couldn't find anything that fit the criteria, and was about to give up and head home when I spotted something out of the corner of my eye. In the store's display window was a black tank with the word "SLAY" scrawled across the front in red ink and adorned with silver studs. Perfect! It was almost closing time (and folks are tired and ready to go home), so I was pleasantly surprised to be so cheerfully greeted by the cashier. I found another sales associate (young, Latina woman with brown hair) who was folding and restocking items and asked her about the shirt. She happily paused what she was doing, found the shirt in my size (winning!!) and snagged me a dressing room. The shirt fit perfectly and my quest had (thankfully!) come to a fruitful and pleasant end. I expected the shirt to cost an arm and a leg (because even good fortune has its cost), but it was only $22 bucks... score! The same cheerful cashier (tall, black woman with very low cut hair) thanked me for waiting, made sure I found everything I needed, and checked me out quickly. This store was a lifesaver and I'm certain that I will have the cutest shirt at the party this weekend! Sorry, bestie...
