I made an appointment online for 10 a.m. however I dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received notice by 8:40 a.m. that the car was ready for pickup! Now the really great part is the peace of mind that we're left with. A simple oil change and tire rotation also included a detailed inspection report of our vehicle. 2 areas of concern were found, both being fluids that were topped off at no additional cost. Furthermore, the service team failed to note the age discrepancy of the other tires already on the vehicle, and neglected to inform me of the shop's free rotation policy, which is critical for proper tire maintenance. As a direct result of these omissions, the newly installed tires have experienced premature, uneven wear and require complete replacement after only 7,000 miles. When I brought this issue to the shop's attention, the only resolution offered was a $30 discount on a new set of tires. This token gesture does not adequately address the premature failure of the product caused by the shop's failure to provide standard professional advisement at the time of installation.

I took my truck to this location and had a terrible experience. My truck had a transmission leak…read moreand they supposedly replaced the transmission filter and the gasket. The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY

Customers beware!!! We took our business truck to Jim's Tire & Service on Maple for a brake job. We…read morehad an appointment at 10 am to be seen, arrived prior to the appointment time and sat and waited, an hour past and I ask about the time and there was a guy said that they were behind, I told him that I would be back, I left the truck and went on with my day. Around 2:30-3pm I called and they said that they just got it back to look at it and they told me what needed to be done to fix the problem that the truck was having, I gave consent to move forward with the repairs. Time went on it was after 5pm and I had not heard from them, I called and they said they were putting everting back together it would be ready shortly. But while telling me that he said that one of the brake lines wasn't working properly. So instead of saying "hey let me keep it overnight and get the break line fixed" they put everything back together and let us pay and drive off. Got down the road and the truck was doing the same thing it was doing before. So the following morning we called back down there and they said bring it back and they would make it right. Took it back down there and left it and later that day they called and told me that it was ready and it would be $180ish dollars, I said excuse me? He told me the cost again, I said sir I just paid you almost $900 yesterday and you think I'm going to pay additional money today because you or your techs didn't fix the truck correctly? You have me mistaken, I'm not paying any additional. Keep in mind the tech told me the day before that they were "throwing" it back together, while also telling me there was an issue with the brake line. So they knew it was going to be an issue and just wanted to get paid and send me on my way, which put my LIFE in jeopardy. What if the brakes completely failed & I had an accident and got killed or killed someone else? Jim's tire doesn't care about you as a person/customer. They are only looking for the money. The "manager" called me and told me that he would take the labor off the bill but I still needed to pay for the parts that they used. Then he said he was going to erase the whole invoice and I could go pick up the truck. He knew what they had done and he knew it wasn't right, he didn't want any issue. I told him I was going to let everyone I knew know how they done us and that we would never use them for service again. I would suggest that you do the same, avoid them at all cost.
