He allowed me to extend half of what I owed within the 14 days. I can always call again and have another extension as long as I pay half of what I owe. Adrian was the 3rd person I had to talk to ....SENT TO.... He really did try to find the answer, listening to a very frustrated person. He was patient, tolerant and kind....yet STILL couldn't answer my question. He took my information and told me he would look more into it. He had a wonderful demeanor, voice and way with words. Listening to a customer's concerns is first and for most in any sales position as I have been in Customer Service/Sales for 35 years....I get it.
