Southern General does NOT (SHOULD) inform clients upon signing up for the CA Low Cost Insurance program, that you may not be ACCEPTED. They can take the down payment and if you are not APPROVED and rejected they do not give your MONEY BACK! they did not inform me to that fact when I signed up, paid or GAVE proof of low income! bad business practice. At least if a customer KNOWS what they are dealing with they can make and Informed decision to go forward or decline signing up. read more
