I love this store! I don't come a lot but I've been on occasion to get UK gear. They sell stuff you can't get at other UK and U of L stores. Can't lie. It seems like they favor the Cards... they've got more merch for them than the good ole Cats! Anyway, I wanted to get a UK Alumni metal plate to go around my license plate. Found it pretty easily! The store is great though! Lots of clothes, lanyards, earrings, koozies, tailgate stuff, hats, transparent bags, etc. Great place to check out! read more

It's fine. In Louisville, it's one of the go-to stores for UK/UofL gear. They have a pretty decent selection. The prices are outrageous. I bought a hoodie and then a couple days later, found the same hoodie online at the UK store for like $20 cheaper. My fault for not checking before hand. Their hat selection sucks. If I had to buy UK stuff in a hurry, like I did this past Saturday, then I would definitely go back and spend my money. Otherwise, I'll be shopping online. Even with paying the postage, the UK store will be cheaper than JD Becker. You live and learn. read more

If I'm in town, and I need a place for a wide selection of genuine Kentucky Wildcat apparel and accessories, I usually rely on JD Becker for my needs. They have all the brands, including the Nike line of apparel and accessories. I typically like coming here to try shirts on instead of buying them online because you never can tell how a shirt fits on you until you actually try it on. Oh and I hear they have a decent selection of Louisville Cardinal gear too... but who shops on that half of the store? ;) read more

Tried using my JD Becker bucks that I had from many years ago and was told they were not going to be able to let me redeem them. They wanted me to wait until the owner responded back as to whether to let me redeem them. After 15 minutes I gave up. What a joke. Traveled 20 miles to shop there, but I won't be back. So they get a bad review over a few dollars they wouldn't redeem. read more

I stop in from time to time. Great place for UofL and UK gear. Their prices are reasonable compared to some of the other local and chain college stores. They have a huge selection of clothing and accessories. Staff members are friendly, polite, and helpful. This will always be my "go to" store for all of my collegiate needs. read more

JD BECKER has the biggest UofL & UK infant/toddler selection you will find. Great and reasonable prices on everything. Huge ladies selection & huge men's/unisex selection. I'm giving JD BECKER a 5 STAR because it's a nice friendly environment and it's a very well organized store. Always greeted every time I walk through the door and asked if help is needed.
