They were able to come in on the same day requested and ended up being a better value than the initial company. We arrived for our 2pm appointment at around 1:59pm and Heather was already there setting up and had things ready to go along with our agent. She was super friendly and patient to explain everything with us (first time homebuyers here). She was honest about the process and explained the "why" behind everything. She even explained the different tools she used, why, and their purpose in the inspection. We also appreciated that she told us that if there's anything we see that didn't sit well to let her know and she would do a look and ensure it was captured in her report. Our agent was in tow and if there were certain elements our agent needed to capture, she made sure to verbalize that to all of us.
