As he was making my bouquet, I asked him how much is everything and he did not answer. I asked for 2 number balloons, 1mylar balloon bubble, and 4 plain balloons...once he finished everything, that's when he rang everything up and told me the price. He charged me for 4 balloon bouquets when I ordered only 1.. I asked him if it was truly correct, he said yes and read the receipt aloud for me. I made sure I received a copy! The total for 7 balloons was $75. Complete rip off and not worth $75. We talked about Party City going out of business so I'm almost positive he took advantage of that fact!
