This was our second year using Casino Party Planners for our luxury high rise in the West Loop of Chicago and we were not disappointed. The dealers were extremely personable and professional and our residents commented on how much they actually learned from them. Professional. Punctual. Personable. Perfect. I hired casino part planners for my 30th birthday party, and from my description above, I am extremely satisfied with the decision. Chuck, the owner and proprietor, was responsive, helpful and honest. Through a quick phone conversation and email correspondence, I was comfortable using his company sight unseen. For a party of 36, I rented 2 blackjack tables and 1 roulette table. On the day of, delivery was made to correct location and on time (at a restaurant I had rented) and there were no issues on the restaurant end. The equipment is as described, furniture quality and did not feel, sound, or look cheap. The real deal. The dealers that were working the event were all on time, personable, and the guests really enjoyed the reparte. My party consisted of about half who did not know the games, and the dealers were able to explain in a clear and concise manner. They provided chips and player cards, the latter which really added a layer of realism that was appreciated. They were flexible and understood what I was going for. The level of service Troy puts together is unimaginable. first and foremost, he has a real passion for his work. Makes intelligent suggestions, and has creative ideas. He takes care of every aspect, above and beyond the scope of the casino. From planning the room layout, communicating with the venue, and all of the other vendors. helping everyone with equipment including tables, chairs, lounge furniture, photo booths, DJ, anything I could imagine he came up with. You name it, he does it. I called troy and asked him to duplicate the previous year's event. He did. All I had to do was to show up. Casino Party planners was doing an event in a different room on the night of ours. Employees would not stop lurking around, uninvited, in our space. Taking pictures of our stuff, refusing to leave when asked, insulting and obnoxious. Security had to remove TWICE! Same guy returned several additional times and was told he'd have to pay our ticket price to stay, he was insulting again and had to be removed by security. Nobody from our party went to creep around theirs, I don't know what made them think they should or could be in our space. Very creepy and extremely unprofessional. With other, better options available, it would be very smart to not be such an insulting creep. read more

I hired Casino Party Planners for my fiance's 30th surprise b-day party. I was taken back by the cost at first but found a LivingSocial deal so I decided to jump right in and go with them. I worked with Drews to set up the event and he was great and friendly and worked with me on my questions and what I was looking for specifically for my party. Nick was our dealer and everyone just loved him to pieces!! I rented the Roulette table. The table was beautiful and looked right out of the actual casino along with the chips and the professionalism of the dealer. The table was delivered and set up prior to the start of the party and picked up on time after the party ended. Even the kids (5 and up) had such a blast and the dealer answered any questions and explained to anyone who asked how to play. I provided a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize for the winners at the end of the night with the most chips. I would absolutely hire Casino Party Planners again and am currently passing their information onto my company so we can use them for a corporate event! I had ordered 3 dealers. 2 showed up on time. They told me the blackjack dealer was sick and were looking for someone else to fill in. Had to wait 3 and a half hours later and someone finally showed up. Then I was told I had to pay extra cuz they all stayed a half hour later. The head honcho was extremely rude and has terrible customer service. The one bacarrat dealer was drinking the whole night and I had no idea. Then decided to hit on a friend and made her very uncomfortable so she ended up leaving. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend them. This is a low class organization!!! read more

This was the second year using Casino Party Planners for an annual fundraiser. The first year I was tickled with the professionalism and attention to detail. This year not so much. During the planning stages my volunteer dealer coordinator asked the sales rep questions via email and she would get short answers some even questioning her grasp of the games ( she is a retired dealer from Las Vegas). Our volunteer graphic designer asked for sizes and templates for the table felts so we could design our sponsors' tables and he did not give it to her. He said his printer will size to fit, but that wasn't the case for the craps table. She even made herself available by phone if he had questions, but he insisted on emails hours apart and then it was too late to correct anything. Our sponsor had a felt that you can barely read. Another sponsor table came in crooked and with a knife cut in the face. On a positive note, they did come in right away and repair it to the best of their ability and will print our sponsor a new felt. The gentleman that came out was personable and apologetic. The sales rep was not as attentive to my volunteers as most of the night he sat in the dinning area talking to one of his friends. I do think the tables are of good quality and the service last year was excellent. I just feel that for some reason the sales rep did not have the same passion he had the year before. read more
