They sold me a "reliable" Ford Focus. NOT!!!! Has little take off issues, I tell them over and over then, Forty days later the clutch goes out. Oh but wait, it's an automatic. With an enclosed dual clutch system. No clutch pedal or paddle on the steering wheel. They had my car 6 days and left unlocked for my stuff to be stolen. $300., worth of stuff. I purchased a vehicle from this store less than a year ago and it is already in the shop. The service department is slower than a herd of turtles. They will continue to take your money while the car just sits on the lot for weeks. Then when you call to inquire they tell you that they haven't even looked at it yet. The cars are junk. Did not purchase from there. Was offered 10 year old car that came with 168,761 miles. The car was at 100 miles from location I visited. My car was totaled(not my fault). I need transportation for medical appointments and other necessary errands, they prey on desperate people as someone else stated. Very nice personable people in begining. Another customer was there, she was having overheating problems with her purchase and looked stressed being there. Horrible place. The 10 year old car that included 168,761 miles at $196 every two weeks was slap in face. Absolutely, those payments would have lasted way longer than the life of that vehicle. read more

service department is terrible with customer service. dropped my car off early in the morning and never heard anything back. I love far away and stopped back in and the guy at the desk didn't know anything. so I left and called in to ask if I could pick up tomorrow where he proceeded to tell me they could rush through it and say nothing was wrong with it. I drove it off the lot the first day and it was messed up. not impressed. read more

The company has a wonderful crew that is more than able to get you into the car you prefer. What they do not mention is that wether or not you are a valued customer and make early payments or payments on time ..they will call you, or text you to ask you if you're making your payment, if they can run your online card payment days before it's due. If you're a day past due they will call, text , harass you endlessly..calling your references..asking you to ask family or friends for money to make your payment. Sometimes families fall in hard times, and feeling the harassment from your account manager who has not installed trust in you, makes it difficult to want to continue business. Our vehicle has been in and out of the shop the past two years we've had it, and I'm in over my head with negative equity to get a vehicle with another company. read more
