Parts are cheap, many styles of wheels, and if they dont have an item in stock they get it the next day or even same day. Now that i have a euro build i still come here for parts. This place is the biggest scam ever. Do not do your business with this shop. How the hell are they still in business!!! No form of communication whatsoever no matter if you call, email, or even text them. I myself own many vehicles and would probably spend thousands more with them. Hesitant about them online, I ordered one item which claimed it were in stock and should ship out immediately. Of course when you make a purchase, they take your money right away. After my purchased I didn't think much of it expecting the part would arrive eventually. Plus I had 6 other cars to work on. Two weeks passed by and nothing. No emails or any kind of notification. Just to put things in perspective, this shop is only about two hours away and it's been two weeks? I initially called and no answer. I tried calling all day. No one picked up. I went back to their website snd sent an email and also texted for any status update. Nothing for a few days. I tried calling again. Nothing. Finally I get a short text reply, "still processing". That's it? Nothing else. Two more week goes by without any updates or replies....NOTHING!!! I texted and called again and again....NOTHING!!! We'll, at this point I've given up on them and the item I paid for. They lost all my business and I'll spread the word to all my friends, families, and customers of how this place is worthless and needs to be put out of business. I will likely sue them in civil court and make all reports necessary to any and every organization to see this place be shut down. When you take someone's money in false pretense and don't give them anything in return in addition to ignoring their contacts. Seems like a SCAM to me!!! Learn how to run a f**king business you idiot. Customers are the people who will make or break you. There is no JDM about you or your shop. Just a pathetic middle man acting like a real business ordering parts from other people for other people, but you can't even do that. Yet you represent yourself with numerous pictures and videos on social media which likely had no relations to you or your business. If I could give you negative 100 stars I would. Are you not aware every email, text, call and even the damn invoice are documented showing you taking money, ignoring basically all attempts of contact by a customer to you, and me still not receiving an item I paid for which you advertised as being in stock. A friend suggested I call JDM Carboy when my Dad's Acura engine blew out. The guy who helped us was really knowledgeable. Not only did he give us a great deal, but he even had the engine delivered to the mechanic shop where my Dad was getting the work done! It was so convenient and my Dad's car was up and running in no time. My Dad hasn't had any issues with the engine (used) and I know we'll get a lot more mileage out of it. i have been coming to jdmcarboy for years now. he sells everything from wheels and coilovers to camshafts and valve seals. whatever he doesnt have in stock he can usually get within a day or two. hes great at communicating and is extremely fair with his pricing. fyi!! he replies way faster to complete, thought out questions that include the year make and model of your car. if you know exactly what part you need include a part number and it will make things quicker as well. i highly recommend this shop, randy is a good guy and he knows his stuff. read more

He took the time to talk to me about all the different products I have purchased. I've purchased many parts from wheels to suspension to interior dress up to a steering wheel setup to engine stuff. Every time I have gone in I've been able to pick Randy's brain about what the best option for me was. Most of the items I have purchased have been what I wanted but on the other items Randy offered a cheaper alternative with lifetime warranties that work just as good. All the items I've bought have always arrived on the day he said they would or he has notified me when they would be in. I've even bought a few items that I decided not to use but he worked with me on figuring out options to get what I have needed. Worst experience ever! I was misquoted prices by the owner or associate I'm not sure but he told me $15 and then all of a sudden turns to 25. He told me no tax if I paid cash but I didn't care I paid with card, however he did the sales tax wrong an overcharged me plus didn't let me know that there was an additional charge for using debit card $0.75. What upset me the most is that he told me he was going to contact me when parts were available never did and made it seem like I didn't get back to him. Careful! What they do is say that they have to order the parts but have everything available and don't let you know that they treated as a special order that way you can't return it or get a refund I called him on the scrap and he still in the want to do it. Not good business considering it was my first time shopping at this location and I'm pretty sure no one's has ever noticed the overcharges. So one of the worst shops I have almost done business with. I was looking for a RHD clip for my integra and have been messaging back and forth with the person that runs the shop thinking I was getting what was being advertised. I drove over an hour and a half to find out what a complete waste of time. The RHD clip was no where near complete and he wanted to charge me a grip for it when I picked up a complete clip at another shop that was honest and upfront from the beginning. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME WITH THIS FAKE SHOP. The stuff they sell is a bunch of garbage and the used parts you get from a salvaged yard is 100% better than the stuff they try to sell. read more
