Most recently, I was dealing with a check-engine light while trying to get my Jeep ready for its required STAR smog test. Mike and Fred didn't simply replace parts based on a diagnostic code. They took the time to determine what was actually wrong before I spent the money. They diagnosed a failed EGR valve and also discovered a cracked spark plug that was affecting how the Jeep was running. They showed me what they found and explained everything clearly so I understood why the repairs were necessary. What I appreciate most is that Mike and Fred are thorough, knowledgeable and meticulous. Their prices have been fair, and I never feel as though they are trying to sell me repairs I don't need. Instead, I feel like they genuinely care about keeping my Jeep safe and running well. They helped me figure out exactly what to order from eTrailer, even pulling the install manuals and flagging issues for me. On the day of install, they did the work while I waited.
