I've been coming here for years and every single time I have to wait over 3 hours. Longest wait was 5 hours to patch a tire. I don't understand why they don't focus on clearing the simple fixes. Today I went for an oil change and went there right at opening. Tell me why it's been 3 hours and the car is still not ready when I am supposed to be 2nd in line for their "oil change mechanic". I want to stay loyal to this shop, but the wait is insane. Another 4-5 hour of wait for a 20 minute procedure. They need to get a manager that can streamline their processes. Another guy here came to patch his tire and he's also still waiting. He was ahead of me too. It used to be much much better with their time. Upon writing this. I finally for the car. Went there at 8am, and got my car from the oil change at 11:40 am. read more

He said before this is not the place you wanna trust these are not the people that you should trust. I trusted them. I truly thought they had the best interest when it came to my cars and trying to provide me a good service. However, the quality is zero out of 10 they do not value their customers. They don't care and the fact that I spent so much money and they never did a simple thing like changed my filter and changed my oil. I can only imagine how the rest of my car is. I'm having to fix everything that they caused, and I have more proof. They told me that my ball joints were messed up and my bottom ones are perfectly fine. They wanted to charge me $800 for that. They wanna claim that it's a simple maintenance they're oversight and their carelessness has nothing to do with a maintenance of a car. I know car maintenance, but the fact that you guys charge me, looked at my face and thought that I would be stupid enough to not figure this out is crazy. I really do hope that people will take my lesson and learn from it because I'm not the only person to screwing over. I trusted these people and that's the part that bothers me the most that they smiling in your face and pretend like they want to help you but what they want is to drain your pockets, especially knowing how the economy is it's insanely selfish and disgusting. I WOULD NEVER WRITE A POSITIVE COMMENT ABOUT THIS PLACE. He was very friendly and told me it could be fixed with no problem. The place was a little crowded but I was out of there within an hour. Most places you're in for a long wait. Came in for a tire install and alignment. The next day car didn't drive straight, air pressure was off by 7 psi, and the steering wheel was off. I spent another $95 dollars and took it to American tire deport. They found the tire balance was off and the alignment was wayyyyyy off. When I called tire pros back they told it has a warranty and drop it off. I told them I got it fixed and I was requesting refund for the alignment that wasn't done. Not sure how these guys have so many good reviews. Leo at the front desk definitely make a commissions off of upselling. They were trying to charge me 80 for an oil cap an OIL CAP!!! Mindyou these caps are 7-10 bucks. I understand they need to make money but 80 dollars really ??? The guy next to me needed his tire patched and they said 40 each tire. When the guy next to me said no I'll take it else where Leo said too bad we already did it and he just got there. The guy next to me said "man there's a place down the street that does it for 10 bucks and Leo at the counter said fine how about 20 each tire it's already here and done " shady shady business will not come back run and find another trustworthy oil change and tire business!!! read more

I came here because I had a near flat tire and the reviews were very high. I was able to come in during my work lunch and they took care of my flat (plugged the leak). I had asked them to also look at another tire because I kept having air-leakage issues, and then was told everything was okay. But a week later, the questioned tire became flat as well. Not sure if this was just a slight mistake on their part, or just negligence at the time when I asked. Also, patch up was quite pricey, even after using the Yelp coupon. I was driving to work on a saturday mornng around 8:30 am and found out I have a flat tire. I was around Monterey Park area and Tire Pros was the nearest tire shop that was opened early. LIFE SAVER. I drove there for an inspection and quickly found a nail in my rear tire. The repair took no later than 30 minutes. It was quick and easy! I was so happy with the friendly, professional and efficient service they offered. A huge plus is that they open at 8 am!
