They also pointed out that my front two tires are worn down and explained my options clearly without any pressure. I appreciated that they were upfront and honest instead of trying to upsell me. I drive an all-wheel drive vehicle, so I know I'll eventually need to replace all four tires. I just couldn't do it right now for financial reasons, but they were completely understanding and still treated me with respect. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready, and I would recommend this place to anyone. It's hard to find shops that are this honest and customer-focused.

Took my 2015 Dodge Durango for a standard oil change. As I'm dropping it off I hear 3 employees…read moretalking together. I overheard one of them say "that's him that's the guy", while looking at me. I was confused as I've never met any of them. Let them do the oil change. Durango starts making an engine noise about a month later. The noise became really obvious after some months. Take it in because I googled it had something to do with the oil. Took it to another mechanic because I didn't trust this place anymore. New mechanic said the oil was really burned bad and hadn't been serviced. Turns out Montebello Lube and Tube didn't change the oil at all! Beware of this place. The employees might assume you're someone else or have problems with someone associated with you and take it out on your car. My car needed more and more repairs after that. The engine noise never went away. Ended up having to sell it for $7,000 because the repairs wouldn't stop. I blame the shady employees. To the owner; you have to supervise and go over the work they do. Should've sued. 2015 Silver Dodge SXT Ernesto Verduzco. Look up the invoice and do yourself a favor and fire whoever serviced it. I aim for 7:30am. Every time I park and go up to the attendant. I normally just go for oil changes but they are so thorough that they point out any other issues. Oil changes are inexpensive. They have a waiting room which i sit in. There's water, coffee and donuts. They also have the TV on. I've never waited more than an hour. The workers are pleasant and helpful. Thank you for always making this a pleasant experience.
