I had one issue with a pump making a strange humming noise. The tech was out that week and I got the pump replaced with no downtime in my tub. Thanks again guys. Worth every frickin penny.

Why can't I can't give zero stars? Worst company anywhere in the world. I'm a 100% disabled veteran…read moreI paid in advance for a swim spa, waited a year for it to be built. It's been at my house over 8 months and I still can't use it. They sent a drug addict to my house that I caught on video doing drugs. Then he used the wrong adhesive so when filled it dissolved in the water got thru the filters and came out of every jet, clogged the waterfalls and coated inside the lines, inside the pumps, in the bearings and every inch of surface. This happened 4 (yep that's four) times. Then had me drain it and no called & no showed 2 times. Nobody came for over a month, so all of it hardened to concrete in the air. Julie Ricks in Covington La. , Misty Hicks in Knoxville Tenn. do nothing but make excuses, delay and cover for their bosses. Do not believe the CEO on their recording when on hold for an hour. He has NEVER answered not one of my emails. I'm a disabled Vet. I live on limited & fixed income. They have cost me thousands in changing my plans and wasting non-refundable tixs and I even had to postpone another major surgery. Drained my accounts and still can't even tell me when they can do something about. Any good and respectable CEO & Owner would just swap it out with one at their warehouse. It would be cheaper for them to do that. But they have no honor. No decency. No respect. I hope God is watching.

The gentleman at Leslie's was knowledgeable, knew how to research and found the part I needed and it was delivered in 2 days. I was so impressed with his service that I bought more accessories and pool chemicals. I'll be back mid summer to get more chemicals and also if I have any issues. Pool work is not easy but worth the enjoyment. It helps to deal with knowledgeable staff. I also observed this gentleman de escalate an issue with a belligerent customer over a few dollars. Here's to a refreshing summer!

While the manager seemed to be truly knowledgeable about pool products and chemicals, we felt mocked the entire time we were in the store. We were basically told Intex wasn't a 'pool' and that they didn't have any ladders or vacuums that would work with it, despite the reviews I'd read online about using the Zippy for intex pools and the roll up ladder. They mocked our water "sample container", our "pool" and even me, as they laughed, giggled and questioned me the entire time we were in the store about how I reminded them of another customer. When I expressed directly that I felt they were being mean, we were told it was a long day, we could either laugh with them or just stand there and stare at them. When we asked to purchase the chemicals necessary to stabilize the pool based on the tests they were able to complete, we were not given any information on options, such as sizes, costs, etc., just presented the chemicals and the bill. We should have turned around and walked out sans purchase, but we paid the bill and left. IMHO, I would visit ANY pool store in the area EXCEPT this one!!

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.
