I was trying to figure out what to write and then I read Nikki T review and it was like, dang I had the same EXACT experience from the same EXACT store. She wrote "We had a good sales experience, but after they got my money, their interest in assisting me started to drop and then ended with complete disrespect and disregard." My journey started in Mar 2021 and finally had it delivered on Nov 2021 finally and I too ordered a G6 Dr. Wellness for $7500 from the Richmond Aqua Living Store. Will agree with most comments that Chris is highly informative and was great while I was in the before purchase mode. But after walking out that door.... Mr. Cricket he became. Left messages.. nothing. Will add I have already had three heaters replaced with the last one finally working for almost seven months (fingers crossed). I will say, that contacting for service dept via Aqua Living itself has actually very pleasant and they are pretty responsive. Also the blue tooth from day one only works when it decides too. I have finally given up on it. It was just the initial waiting and none existent assistance after purchase from the initial store I bought it from. You are worthless to them once you have paid and have walked out the door. Will add one more funny story... the store finally sent me a email week before saying my hot tub was at there store and gave me a email address to arrange delivery to my house. I sent the email as requested and also informed them they be putting it on my back deck which had about 6 stairs on it. Finally the day rolls around for it to be delivered and here the truck and trailer show with my hot tub on it. Two small skinny dudes get out and ask me where I wanted. Took them to back showed the deck, and their like, we never knew there was steps. So pulled the email out and wala, it was one of their email addresses. So then the fun began, watching these two little dudes trying to get the hot tub up the stairs for almost three hours. They finally gave up, called two more guys, and late that night... it was finally up on my deck. read more

I hate to leave a bad review, but this has been the absolute worst experience ever with this company and the supposed sales manager, John Brahmall, Pat White, "warranty department" and everyone involved! John was fast to answer the phone during the initial sales process, before money was collected. After waiting 11 months for our almost $12,000.00 hot tub to be delivered (Catalina Luxury Berkshire Midnight - Graphite), we have had nothing but problems. When it first arrived, the bluetooth speakers did not work and nobody seemed to care to do anything to remedy the situation. Of course we called our sales rep, John, only to tell us to call the extended "warranty department," which is of course is some third-part and would literally never return our calls or answer the phone. We filed a claim online. Months went by, nothing. We used our new spa a total of 3 times, then had a "catastrophic leak" to where all of the water ran out of the tub in a matter of minutes. Again, no response from John until multiple, multiple text, calls and voicemails (which I can post screenshots of here if need be). Months go by and finally the original delivery guy, Pat White, is sent out to "fix the leak." Another 3 weeks go by, finally he comes back to again "fix" the leak. Still no blue tooth, by the way. We refill and clean and ad chemicals to the tub again, use it one time and again, another catastrophic leak! At this point we just want the our money back or tub replaced. It is literally a piece of overpriced, gimmicky junk! Multiple messages and calls to John, Pat and the "warranty department, as well as manufacturer. Again, no response from ANY of them! Do not do business with this company! Everyone involved in the whole operation, from sales, deliver, warranty dept and even the manufacturers are ALL trash crooks, selling absolute junk! read more

My Catalina Spa was placed in service eleven months ago and I've been delighted with the features and virtually maintenance-free quality of the unit. I'd owned an old ThermoSpa at my previous house and thought I was familiar with basic concepts of hot tub performance, but Chris immediately disabused me of that assumption! He was the second local retailer I visited, as I was wholly unimpressed with both the product line and the professionalism of staff at a location farther west. I also liked the Aqua Living business model - company sales representatives familiar with the production plant and process, and marketing ONLY their own spas. Aside from the reality that the Catalina was thousands of dollars cheaper than a spa of comparable quality at other stores, I really liked the bare bones nature of Chris' old location on Bethlehem Rd. I'd rather buy a Rolls Royce from an honest guy in his own garage than a shiny Yugo from some slick in a marble showroom. (Sorry, Chris, I'm sure the new facility is much sweeter for you, but I'm a sucker for overhead garage doors). If you're in the market for a spa, be good to yourself: go see Chris. He'll educate you, fill you with enthusiasm, and after the sale, he'll stay on top of the process till you're relaxing in the lights and bubbles. Great company, Awesome rep. read more

We started shopping for hot tubs after my husband had back surgery. We liked the pictures as well as the reviews on the Aqua Living Factory web site. We met with the salesman Chris Miller at the store in Richmond. Chris was so patient with us. I think we sat in every hot tub he had on display (no water of course) and asked over 100 questions. We left the store unsure of what we wanted to do. A hot tub was a huge purchase for us however we knew it would help his back. We looked at some other businesses and web sites. But at the end Aqua Living was the best price. Then we started the ordering process. Once again Chris was so patient and informative. He sent me tons of ideas and examples of different tubs. These hot tubs are made to order so you can get exactly what you want. It took a few weeks to get the hot tub but it was so worth it! We love it! We get in it everyday! When we started shopping for a hot tub, we looked at many places. We then found Aqua Living headed by Chris Miller. We had a fabulous experience and ended up buying a wonderful tub. He was very flexible, accommodating, educating, and most of all, honest. In the time that we have owned it, we have had support from both Chris and the support team to help us with our tub. We use our tub almost daily, and the maintenance could not be easier. Once we purchased our tub, the delivery team was in contact with us to let us know when it would be delivered. They were flexible as well since we were going out of town. When they arrived with the tub it only took them about 15 minutes to get it through our side yard to the backyard without any issues with our property or the tub. Fabulous guys! We ordered our G100 spa out of the Richmond VA area. Chris Miller handled our order super well. We wanted the order put in quickly and he took care of us in just one day. Due to COVID delays we waited about two months till the hot tub was delivered. We were so excited to get it up and running but once we turned it on it wasn't heating...AquaLiving sent us a new spa pack but the authorized technician to replace it didn't answer their phone. That was frustrating for a few days. I asked the company and they let me replace the spa pack myself without voiding the warranty and for compensation they sent me 3 replacement filters! I'm grateful that Chris was always responsive to my texts with questions and concerns. Happily the hot tub is working great after replacing the part and we have used it so often during this cold winter. It has been just perfect for a relaxing evening. We bought a 5 person hot tub in February with Chris Miller. There were a lot to choose from and he knows everything about each model in the showroom. He walked me through the selection process and how to do all chemicals. He referred me to the best electrician to set up power to the so in my backyard. He was and continues to be available for all questions and concerns I have about the maintenance of my hot tub. Best deal in town for sure and our model was a great price with tons of jets, blue tooth speakers and fun lights to use at night. I am very impressed with the therapeutic hot tub I purchased and am extremely happy with the service I have received. I have Lupus and the hot tub has been excellent in helping me with the joint and muscle issues I have. I use it twice a day to help me with these issues. Called them about an unsolicited text message I got. It mentioned pricing during the black Friday period. The price I quoted was different from this person's understanding. He said he would get back in contact with me. A week later, I sent another text asking what happened. No reply again. If this is what I'm dealing with before even buying, then that might explain why they don't allow comments on their website. Red flag. This was the best investment made in years! The tub is exceptional, made in the USA! The sound system has the Bose quality we did not expect, wow! No stress from the shopping to it being delivered. The best part was working with Chris Miller to determine what tub was best for us and keeping it within our budget.
