I've used them a couple times and disappointed both times. First time they damaged the wall in my newly renovated condo and could care less. Second time was not informed of extra parts/charges needed for my appliance until they showed up with it. Call to discuss it was met with rudeness and unsatisfactory solution. Fridge breaks down, panic begins. Put the frozen food on ice and head to Lowe's. Well, right from the start an employee tells me that they are all out of stock, and it will take at least three weeks before they even get some in. Blames it on the pandemic. Really don't know what that has to do with it. ...... I decided to check out Yelp for good reviews of appliances in the area. Dave's appliances pops up- located on Park Blvd. it's funny. I have had a place in Wildwood for 11 years, but I never really took notice to Dave's. Even though i probably drove by that location 1000 times. Anyways, I am sure glad I went there. Got great service from start to finish and had my fridge, the following day. Looks great and saved all my frozen food. Thanks Dave's. You got a new loyal customer. Bob was extremely thoughtful in helping us figure out which appliances to purchase (best quality at the best price) and what rebates were available. When our washer and dryer were delivered, the refrigerator was too big to fit up our narrow curved staircase. Dave figure out a solution and connected with a guy with a crane to lift the new fridge over our outside balcony and bring the old one out. Without their commitment, we would not have a new refrigerator. I would not go anywhere else for appliances at the shore! read more

Dave's will beat their price, they'll deliver and haul the old appliance for super cheap, and the delivery guys are super careful and will brighten your day with their swift wit and good (-ish) humor - really though, "What's Amana with you?!?" I had previously ordered the same appliances from a store in Glenside Pa, but they were unable to deliver them, although I explained to the owner what to expect. The 2 deliverymen from Dave's were able to put all the appliances up on my 6 foot deck , seamlessly! They were smart, professional, strong, and clean. I cannot recommend Dave's Appliance more. I drove 2.5 hours on a Friday afternoon to our rental unit to have a new washer and dryer installed. The guys came at 4:45, within the delivery window given. When looking at the old appliances they realized I had ordered an electric dryer when we need a gas dryer. My mistake, but they got on the phone to their warehouse, found the gas dryer, picked it up and brought it in. All after 5pm on a Friday. The store stayed open also so I could go down and pay the difference in price. I was more than thankful to everyone involved. The delivery and installation was expertly done. The installers certainly put the customer first. I recommend them 110%. Oh, and the washer and dryer, installed, cost less than Lowes and Home Depot. It pays to show local at Dave's. read more
