But the leak came back. Able & Ready came out and tried to fix the problem but a year later same thing. This is where it gets interesting. ​ The owner came on-site, took full ownership of the situation and said they would tear out the shower and start over. And it's exactly what they did. The shower is even more beautiful than before and the guys were great to work with. I was shocked and amazed that Able & Ready took care of a tear out and rebuild like this. No argument and no problem. It is so rare in this world to find someone who cares and who stands by their work. They've created life long customers in us. I have no hesitation to refer them or have them do other projects for us in the future. They amazed us with their dedication and sincerirty.

I email Crosby Home Services and Chris responded within an hour. He was able to come out the same day to look at the job. We discussed what I wanted and he and he gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. He said he would call me on Friday and let me know when his crew would be able to start. He called on Friday and scheduled the work to begin the following Tuesday. His crew showed up at 7:00am and started putting the wall up. These two guys knew what they were doing. Very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job. I will call Chris again for future projects. Chris dropped the price because he had quoted for three guys to come out and he only sent two. I like dealing with honest people.
