We are new to Verde Valley (Rimrock) and needed carpet for 2 rooms. 1 was a bedroom that the previous owners dog had used as its bathroom and our den had horrible hardwood floors. I Googled flooring places and started out with a store I had heard of....my mistake! After picking out carpet and setting an appt to come measure I was rescheduled numerous times. I believe since my job was "too small" and not worth the drive to Rimrock for them. My husband found The Picture Window after his search and as we returned the carpet samples to the other showroom we pulled into The Picture Window and met Jeff. What a great guy! He gave us some samples to take home... made and KEPT our appt to measure. Jeff let us know lead/delivery/install times and kept us informed with each step of the way. Noah & Luke (brothers) did the install and I can't say enough good things about them! They were very careful moving out my furniture and were great with TJ my dog. Janet, the owner, was a lot of help when it came to choosing products and colors. She also had better pricing than a warehouse store and another window treatment company I contacted for bids. The installer, Jeff, was polite and friendly, and installed my blinds and shades quickly and carefully. He also answered a couple of questions I had and explained a couple of things I hadn't thought to ask about. Just got my new roll down shades for two sliding doors with large door height windows. They look great, block a significant amount of sun while still allowing me to see out. When the shades are rolled up they are all but invisible. The installer had them both in in less than 1/2 hour. Great product, I am sure I will be very happy with them. This same company did all of my other window and door treatments some months ago. They sell only great products that they know their customers will love and have great service too. Great customer service throughout the entire process. We stopped in the shop to look at samples of carpet and wood flooring. We were greeted immediately upon entering and after explaining what we were looking for, we were shown many samples and explained the pro's and con's of each. We brought several samples home and upon choosing the carpeting and wood flooring we were interested in, Jeff was right out to measure and look the job sight over. We were scheduled for installation in a very short time. The installation went smoothly with a great experienced team. They were very professional and caring about the work they did and were very good at explaining the steps along the way. Through out the installation Jeff would stop in to check the progress and inspect the work being done.
