Never noticed any slowing in job because they had some of the right materials in trailer. I said to one of the workers; good thing I noticed early otherwise I would have been stuck with white. Multiple workers, said nope; even if they had to tear everything down and start over it would be no problem at all. Customer satisfaction is number one concern so tearing down and starting over would not be a problem with them or company, because that is their policy. One other thing; they will not leave a job until the customers says they are happy with all the work, have no concerns, and everything completed to their satisfaction. I had a pretty big job that required a lot of work. While they were working on my home, I addressed maybe three things I would like done or added. When I addressed this with the workers; they just said yes, we can do that no problem at all. The workers are very accommodating to any of your needs. I will mention, items I mentioned were reasonable not outrageous. Wow, just don't see this from contractors.
