It's been a very rare occurrence for us but the service experience truly made us feel invisible. Not a single time during eating did we get asked how our food was, if we needed anything additional. Mind you while they were not our server multiple workers walked by us many times taking care of other tables while we sat waiting for the check and also once we did want to pay our check as well.
