I did a dip manicure and was told on the phone it was $45. I knew I made a mistake when I walked in and saw nail dust EVERYWHERE, paper decorations, and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I didn't have any polish on when I came in and they didn't do ANY cuticle trimming or grooming of my nails other than filing them. Even post manicure, there was no massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, nothing! They couldnt find the first 2 colors I wanted and ended up going with my third choice which was relatively unprofessional as well. I left with gel and polish all over my skin. Finally I got up to the counter to pay and they charged me $50, when I was told it would be $45. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to others unless you want to pay $50 + tip for 4 days of barely decent nails.

The service is done by students and it is always a nice experience. This one was probably the best student facial I've ever had. They start off with a foot washing which was so relaxing, and then you can add an aromatherapy to your service. It was such a calm and relaxing environment. I chose the 90 minute service and did a micro-currant add-on, which I highly recommend. I ended up buying some of the facial oil which I've been using. With any student services, the instructor does come in a couple of times throughout your appointment which is no big deal. They always ask before they do anything or touch you, which is very respectful. I will definitely come back.
