The hair cuts are distasteful, not appropriate for a 11 year old. I did called out to the owner twice in person and on the phone and her only response is "sory". I'm very disappointed with this place and the owner's lack of attention. I will NEVER go there again!! It's only a dollar cheaper then Super Cuts. Not worth saving a dollar.
