I was a guest at the location (7422 Marker) the property was very nicely decorated, quiet and clean. The only complaint was clearly outlining the extra parking, and the worm problem. It rained a lot and there were worms in the pool as well as small worms around the hot tub. Other then that it was a pretty chilled stay. I had no complaints. The added bonus was each bedroom had a bathroom & it came with a washer & dryer! I loved the feeling of "home". read more

Overall, my experience was very disappointing. As an active-duty member of the U.S. military, I booked this property well in advance and expected it to be clean, properly maintained, and ready for my family's arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived, the previous guests' trash was still outside in the trash can. I reported it immediately because I understand guests can be held responsible for issues like this. Inside the home, the kitchen drawers and several other areas were dirty, the air vents were covered in dust, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the theater room. However, the theater screen was torn down when we arrived. I reported the issue immediately and requested that someone come repair it because my family was looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, no one ever came to address the problem. On our first day, we found a small black snake in the pool. A maintenance worker came the following day to add chemicals, but the pool should have been cleaned and serviced before our arrival. There was also no pool net available for us to remove bugs or debris from the water. In addition, the bedroom sheets did not appear to be clean. The air conditioning was not working in the downstairs bedroom by the pool, where my 75-year-old mother was sleeping, making her stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the ice machine stopped working during our stay. I documented these issues with photographs and reported them during my stay, yet many of the problems were never resolved. I will be submitting a Memorandum for Record (MFR) to the company along with the supporting photos and will be requesting at least a 50% refund due to the condition of the property and the lack of timely response. If the matter cannot be resolved fairly, I will consider pursuing legal action. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard that was advertised. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves its property maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service so future guests do not experience the same issues. read more

Terrible company, I blame myself for not checking here before booking with them. We spent our entire vacation calling these people with our issues and they couldn't care less. 5 days with no water pressure, 3 days with ice cold water, we were only staying at this place for one week! Maintenance guy came once, doesn't speak English and doesn't fix the issue, like why even bother showing up! We were told management would contact us, never happened. From the moment we checked in, the home had multiple issues: Broken air conditioning in the middle of Florida summer. No hot water in one of the bedrooms. A dangerously loose brick near the pool, which caused someone to slip. A bypassed pool alarm, which violates Florida law, done with permission by Jeeves--not us. We reported these problems immediately and repeatedly. Multiple members of their property management team came into the house and said nothing--no updates, no repairs, no accountability. After the stay, I followed up to request a partial refund for the unresolved issues. Instead of a response, I was blindsided the next day with an accusation that a bong had been found in the house and that this could be turned over to the police. No timestamped evidence. No proof of use. No prior mention of any concern while we were there. To me, this feels like pure retaliation for speaking up. What's worse? I was never even told Jeeves Florida Rentals managed the home until after everything went wrong. I booked through ExclusivePrivateVillas in good faith. Now they're charging a $350 damage fee without clarity, while still ignoring the major safety and comfort issues we faced. Worst company one will find. Booked a home for over 3 weeks in January 2025. Coming from Ohio having a heated pool is important and a large reason for heading down. They took my money for pool heat when in fact the pool heater at the home was already broken. The pool is freezing cold. First they blamed the homeowners for not investing in fixing the property of this "premier home". Then lied stating the heater can't keep up in 60 degree weather. As pool owners ourselves, we know that's a lie. Then we were told they would try to work with us, only to dodge our calls. All this on top of drains that are clogged, filthy carpets and stained up furniture. We recently rented a 8 bedroom home that was maintained by Jeeves Florida Rental (Encore Resort 372 - rented through Top Villas). Upon arrival it was evident the house has not been cleaned - the floors were sticky, kitchen counters were grimy, and the garbage can was filthy with crusted on grime. Additionally, the furniture (couches and chairs) were stained. There were bugs (ants) all over the house and small roaches were found too. The house has an outdoor kitchen, this was filthy as well - grill with caked on food and the sink was full of bugs and caked on dirt. The house has not been maintained well at all. In order to turn on lamps, they has to be plugged into wall (no on / off switch). Curtains rods were falling off the wall, remote controls for TVs missing and TV's did not work. One TV actually would did not work due to the Direct TV bill not being paid. Upon arrival, I called to report concerns - the only thing addressed was an additional remote control provided and curtain rod was repaired. No other follow-up to concerns that were brought up. read more

We are currently staying at 220 Clawson Way in encore . We rented the house through jeeves. I would give zero stars if I could. We arrived midnight and immediately found ants all over when we walked in. When I say all over I mean: Kitchen coutertops and sinks Floors in living room, dining room Floors in every bathroom- upstairs and down. Walls in bathrooms And now we even see them on our beds. I can't even count how many times I called at this point. They sent someone the first day and said if we see more to call back. I have called over and over and over..I begged them to at minimum put out ant bait traps! Give us ant spray! anything !! They say they are sending someone..and nothing happens. They are not a reliable rental company if this is how they handle a problem like this. This house was clearly infested way before we got here. I am so happy to be leaving today. If you are an African American family, do not book with these racist people! my family spent a great amount of money on a beautiful home & was discriminated against upon checking out. We were billed over $600 for bath towels! If you don't want a black family using your towels & sheets, make that known in your mission statement! The cleaning team was not able to clean the linen LOL. If you choose to book with this company, I hope they clean enough to your standard because apparently, the cleaning company doesn't do their job. We were told in an email that because the company employs "black people", they cant be racist (per the manager). Like what company says these things. We were not able to watch any of the tvs in the home & no one ever came out to check. The pool was also filthy, as we werent even able to swim. We have stayed in reunion, plenty of times. Our family comprised of 19 that attended for family getaway that was scheduled for a property located in the Reunion Resort by Jeeves a year ago. Upon our arrival on 7/17/2023, the house was less than desirable. The house was filthy and had not been cleaned as stated by the Jeeves representative. After a long day of travel we were not pleased and therefore Jeeves management was contacted. The Jeeves manager was not professional nor was her suggestions/options sensible. After several hours and a wasted day we were eventual relocated to another property within the resort that night. This property was better but it was infested with insects and was surfaced cleaned. The insects was identified by the Jeeves manager as snow ants (???.) These insects was in various places within the property mainly kitchen, children rooms, hallways, bathrooms, etc. The next day the exterminator arrived, although he sprayed there still remain the insects in various places within the home. There was a broken table, door handle falling off, shower issues, etc. some of the issues were taken care of and some were not. Our experience and expectations of this getaway/vacation scheduled was not been pleasurable nor relaxing as planned for those who attended. A one star is generous to say the least. read more

I rented a 8 bedroom home through Marriott, they contracted this to Jeeves, they took my $6000 for the week at th house in advance. A month before the trip, they told us the owner sold the house, but had another available, after checking with the family, we accepted that other home having no choice. Jeeves then comes back and tells us that home is not available now and they are canceling us. I have over $35k spent in airline, parks and rental cars. This is a family get together and Jeeves could care less Their excuse is that an owner could seek their home at anytime, while this is true, they should either not rent that home or have contingencies for the renters. Rented an 11 bedroom house. 18 people. The couch was old and shabby and only seated 6? That makes zero sense. We called numerous times to ask them to bring an additional sofa. They said they would call back. They never did and obviously they never brought us any additional seating for the living room. Which made hanging out in the living room very enjoyable..Multiple broken items in the house. The AC is WI-FI controlled so don't expect the temperature (cool) They try and save $ so you lower the temperature and they make it warmer. 3 lounge chairs at the pool, in a 11 bedroom house, again a huge problem to all chill at the pool. Most cushions ripped or dirty. The game room / most games not working. To top of the experience - cockroaches!!! Let's say this was a very unpleasant experience. read more

Scheduled a rental first of May for a 12+ bed home in January, they sent me an email one day ago that the owner sold the rental, they emailed me other options that were not even close to this place. Im talking Rooms with toddler beds, Mickey mouse slides, buzz light year beds. As i explained this doesnt accommodate 12 grown men they said sorry nothing we can do. Didnt try at all to help me other than here is your money back good luck getting another house 30 days out. They undoubtedly cost me a ton more money as we cant just cancel a trip 30 days out as we have rental cars, golf paid for, flights, time off work. Never in my life have I encountered such a horrible rental. Beware if you are renting 265 Auburn Ave, Kissimmee FL rental (it is listed both on Jeeves website and as a Marriott Homes & Villa rental, which we rented through unfortunately unknowing it was outsourced to a 3rd party). From the moment we stepped in this house it was a nightmare and honestly the most dirty place I have seen in years. Checking in at 4pm to the house, we sat outside the rental as two cleaning attendants struggled to finish well past check-in time (never a good sign). Upon walking in, the space was clearly either super dirty from the previous guests or just rushed with no care about actually having it cleaned. One of the beds contained an orange stain on the sheets (clearly not washed from the last guest as their hair was all over the sheets as well). Kitchen counter had old food stuck to it and the floors and carpet were filthy with leftover popcorn and debris. Step on main staircase was held together with duck tape (no joke). Debris and stains left all over couches and dining table seats. When we attempted to pull the vacuum out (not something we should have had to use), it became obvious that it was broken (and judging how dirty the place was, cleaners had been using a broken vacuum for months). We called Jeeves Rentals at 4:30pm that same day to request someone come back to change our dirty linens and clean more. Had to follow up again to actually get someone out by 5:30pm. The sheets were replaced and we showed them that they had been using a broken vaccuum. Cleaner said they would send someone the next day with a new vacuum to clean. What ended happening the next day however was they dropped off a new vacuum (in a box, unassembled) and left. Clearly meaning for us to do the work. We assembled the vacuum with a spoon (no joke, as it requires a screwdriver), bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the house. It took three hours and the dirty and hair and grime we picked up shows this had not been cleaned in months. The floors came back black on the mopping, the vaccum was almost full after just 1 pass on the floors and on the couch and ottoman had toenail clippings on them. The next day it got worse. After eating dinner one night and heading to bed, we happened upon the largest cockroaches ever, who ran under the oven. Over the next few days we saw their offspring frequently and would have to keep the lights to avoid them coming out. Throughout the house we found cockroaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well. On our 2nd to last night a heavy rain storm came, showing 2 old leaks in the ceiling; causing rain to drip onto the carpet. These leaks were not new however as their drip locations showed old water stains from previous leaks. Multiple attempts to have a manager call me back have been ignored. We reached out to Marriott (who would only email as they have no phone number for their rental program). We are still waiting for compensation back from them (though they have responded, unlike Jeeves). Do not book here. Save yourself a headache and money. read more

I swore after last year we would never rent with Jeeves again. Funny because they ensured us that we had a bad experience last year because we didn't rent directly through Jeeves. so this year we rented through Jeeves directly. That didn't help one bit. We arrived to our over $8k for the week house with a fruit fly and ant problem. Not to mention a blaring door alarm that sounds more like a fire drill every time the back door is open to go to the pool and doesn't turn off when the door is closed, and continues to false alarm if you do not push the door together in the right spot. Imagine how amazing that is when you have ten kids going in and out of the pool, oh and so much for indoor outdoor living use because once again you can not leave the doors open to enjoy it. But Jeeves fails to make you aware of this in their rental information. we decided to get the pool heat added but after a day of trying to heat the pool we found out the heater wasn't working, after the pool company came out turns out that the pool filters had not been cleaned in a long time, how is that even a thing? Gross that they are ok with renting a house with filthy pools. I will say the team who came out to work on all the broken things in our house including toilet seats. leaking windows, broken pavers on the front steps and pool area, games not working, railing loose on the stair wall where amazing but the people answering the phones were unhelpful and didn't care one bit about your experience as a renter. unfortunately, jeeves hold the rental market in reunion so options are limited And they use that to their advantage and do Not properly inspect their rentals prior to people arriving and have no remorse for inconveniences they cause for renters. Beware! And be ready to arrive to a expensive rental that is average at best With Jeeves. read more

Do not book through Jeeves - this place is an absolute joke! We paid over $5000 for the week for one of their homes and we were treated like garbage even before check in. We get a text message telling us we can check in at 4:00 pm. We had arrived the night before and stayed in a hotel because we had a 14 hour drive. So that morning we all ate breakfast, walked around some outlet malls and then around 2:30 decided to head to Walmart for our food for the week, mind you there were almost 20 of us and we had 5 cars full of people. We had over $1000 worth of groceries between the 5 families. At about 3:30-3:45 I received a call from Jeeves stating our home wasn't ready yet due to a late checkout and we couldn't check in until 6:00 pm. I'm in line with frozen items checking out at this point so I advised the woman to figure it out and we were on our way. Even if they were cleaning when we arrived we at least needed to put our food away. I never heard back. We left Walmart around 4:15 and I called Jeeves back and they stated the home was done and we could go in. I'm not sure how it went from 6:00 pm to being done but hey I took it at that moment because we had all that food. The home didn't look bad which is why I gave them 2 stars but the rest of what transpired and their customer service is why! So we paid extra for a grill. The first night we fired the grill up and one of the burners didn't work. We texted the company and they assured us we would get a new grill the next day...we never got a new grill...the entire week, no one ever brought a new grill! That first night we also decided (the adults) to take a nice relaxing dip in the hot tub...well that didn't happen. The hot tub was colder than the pool water. I immediately texted them and they advised us the pool and hot tub are on the same heating element and in order to have a hot tub you also had to pay for pool heat. Now mind you, it's the middle of July and it's over 100 degrees in Florida, the pool felt like bath water, why heat it up? How refreshing would that have been to get in a cold pool at the end of a hot day?? It made no sense and I was so irritated, they refused to come turn the heat on in the hot tub even though it was not advertised we'd need pool heat to turn hot tub heat on. So no one touched the hot tub the entire time!! They asked me if I wanted to pay half off, it was $40 per day for pool heat (ridiculous) and told me I could pay $20 per day, I refuse to pay for an amenity that you should already be providing - what a joke! To top it off the shower in one of the main bedrooms had a drainage top on it that when you took a shower it popped off. The drainage top was in the middle of the shower right where the water hit (makes no sense) so you're standing on top of this thing while showering and it pops up so much that it's definitely a fall hazard, I slipped several times. It pops all the way off and I finally got a look at what was under there one day and it was filthy under the drain. There was MOLD in the showers also. The spindles on the staircase were coming off so if you grabbed one you could have broken through it. The fridge didn't get that cold! There was also no where near enough pots and pans to cook for as many people as this house held. They had one big pot and one big frying pan for almost 20 people. It was impossible to cook, the grill they gave us was tiny and again the burners didn't all work so this made it so hard for us to cook for our large group! The speakers in the theater room are completely messed up, there was stains on the towels and sheets, the whole place was ridiculous! I will NEVER EVER rent from Jeeves again! read more

We recently rented Encore Villa #189 located at 7721 Banyon Way, Kissimmee, Fl. through Top Villas for my family to attend my father and mother's celebration of life/funeral.  We rented #189 due to its layout and we had 22 relatives staying there.  Top Villas for The Encore Reunion properties actually works through Jeeves Florida Rentals.  We were advised to report all maintenance items to Jeeves as they are the property management company. Do not use either Top Villas or Jeeves. The home was in fair condition.  It really needs an update.   Upon arrival we reported to Jeeves that the internet was out, master bath toilet did not flush and light was out, floors and carpets were horribly dirty, no batteries for 10 of the 12 TV remotes, cue ball missing from pool table and no balls for the Fooseball tables.  We had paid for the pool to be heated but after realizing the temps were going to be above 90 degrees we asked a week before our arrival that it not be turned on.  It was on when we arrived and the pool never cooled down to be refreshing.  The hot tub jets did not work ever.  Also reported that all the lounge chairs at the pool were severely damaged and worn out and had no cushions. The list of problems was much longer but these were our most crucial requests.   The internet was quickly repaired and the balls needed to play the games and batteries were replaced. A housekeeping crew was sent over but there was little they could do with how dirty the carpets and rugs were upon arrival.  The hot tub, master bath toilet and light, cushions for lounge chairs were never addressed.   The condition of this home is fair at best.  Blinds are broken or have missing slats, pool furniture is unusable, bath cabinet door off hinges, microwave light and turntable did not work, lamps needed bulbs throughout, glass dining room table was broken at corner and repaired with Duct tape, bed slats and post broken in one bedroom, upstairs balcony furniture cushions ripped.  There was one very small frying pan, sauce pan and double boiler for 22 people.  I could go on.  We made the best of it but I will never rent this particular villa.   The resort is wonderful.  We really loved the waterpark even though the kiddie area was closed for painting.  We ate at the restaurant on site and it was expensive but okay for a quick bite.  I think other homes that Jeeves represents may be in better condition but I would thoroughly check out the reviews and make sure they are current before renting from Jeeves.  Do not go through Top Villas. read more

We expected two refrigerators fully operational. What we got was one with a burnt out motor and one that would not get below 60 degrees, making it unsafe for food storage. Maintenance told us they knew the problem and left another refrigerator in the garage (without informing us of any issues upon checkin). Although they eventually moved the refrigerator into the kitchen it was not without repeated calls to rectify the situation. Maintenance repeatedly stated that since the refrigerator was still making ice that it must be working, even though the temperature was only 60F, well above the FDAs recommendation of 40F maximum. In addition, the unit had clearly been neglected, with torn cushions, dinged up furniture and a serious lack of any kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. The pool was dirty and only cleaned after complained about it. The only plus side of this was the beds were good and the location was also good for theme parks. As this was an expensive rental is clearly was not worth the money and the mgmt was unwilling to even consider refunds/compensation for what ended up being egregious problems that impacted our vacation. Decided on a staycation with a family of 10 and the home rental was perfect in the Reunion Resort Gated community! There was a special rate advertised during the month of September and it was so awesome, could barely believe how much luxury was featured in this home! The home included: 3 Floors. Top floor had a double queen suite with a full bathroom and balcony, living room, and refrigerator entry way. 2nd floor - 12 seat Movie theatre (the sound was amazing), Full Master King Bed Suite w/luxurious bathroom, King bedroom with an en-suite, 2 decked out movie character theme children bedrooms (one with 2 beds) and other 4 beds. 1st floor - Offered another King bedroom with en-suite, Huge game room/play room, luxurious living room, kitchen, and dining area for 12. An amazing pool deck with water front views and an outdoor kitchen with grill! This home did not disappoint and featured several upgrades and stylish furniture and decor! Their staff was amazing and their cleanliness was top notch. I recommend this area and the Jeeves management to everyone! read more

While in vacation in Reunion resort for the second year, we decided to extend our stay and book another rental house. After booking a house with another company (that took our payment in full then cancelled it two days later due to double booking) We found a house that was through Jeeves. We booked it with no issues. There were some cosmetic issues with this "elite" home, but it didn't interrupt our stay. The day before checkout I washed all the towels, folded them and neatly put them where they belong. Wiped surfaces down with a sponge and water as that's all they leave you as far as "cleaning" supplies. Needless to say, I left that house in the same condition it was in when we arrived aside from washing the bedding. You're welcome house cleaning crew! 4 days after checkout we receive an email stating that they are going to charge our card $5,000 security deposit for a stain on the headboard in the room that our young daughter slept in. Remind you, they do NOT leave ANY cleaning chemicals for renters, therefore we did not have access to any and most certAinly did not bring any caustic liquids into that house. This is clearly a bleach stain and was more than likely caused by their super careful cleaners.... Many of the reviews about Jeeves speak of renters being charged for bleach stains! Jeeves is notorious for charging damages after checkout. Another company is notorious for canceling after you book and the 3rd reunion rental agency is all over the place with bad reviews. Go look for yourself! Do NOT book with any of the scamming rental agencies for Reunion Resorts. It's a shame how they are accusing renters for damages all the time. I understand there may be damages that are caused by renters, but when it's bleach or some caustic liquid that your careless cleaners carry around these homes and then to turn around and accuse the renter of these damages, shame on you! We are NOT taking responsibility for your carelessness. We have responded to their email and have had no response. We will never return to Reunion Resorts. However, he also had to dance between these circus clowns . We started with Jeeves a year ago, renting our house out in Reunion, Florida. They screw everything up -and I mean everything!!!! Even as simple of a task as getting the house cleaned before a new person came in they messed up. We were closing on the house and they never relocated the last person despite a confirmation email. The Encore Reunion resort was awesome!!!! The accommodations, for example the concierge, convenience store, water park, etc.,. were awesome. In our personal villa the decor and the presentation was awesome and clean. Butttttttt. 7978 Lake Wilson Road...... The A/C wasn't working properly until the worker came to fix it. The fan/lights weren't working in the living room or pool until the worker came to fix it. The pool sticks didn't have the tips on it. They brought new ones. The hot water in the kitchen wasn't working until they fixed on the 3rd day. Some of the showers in the bedrooms took a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was not working properly until the 3rd day. The pool had some type of worms dead on the bottom and they did not clean it until the 3rd day, and there no pool nets. The chairs were dingy in the dining room, and one was broken. There were no extra comforters/blanket. The toilet paper ran out on day 2 and we were told to go and buy our own. Meanwhile we had a 7 day stay and paid $10,000 for this confusion!!!! We were told by the pool guy that we should be happy that it wasn't worse. After we got home I tried to reach the Jeeves. They never answered the phone or attempted to call back......... Now let me make it clear. They did send people to solve the problems.... But, there shouldn't be that many problems when we are paying this much money........This is no reflection on Encore Reunion Resort. read more

I reserved a home at the Encore Resort in Orlando, through a 3rd party rental company. Unlike many of the other homes on the resort, this property is owned and managed by Jeeves Florida Rentals. Jeeves does not have a rep on site, Encore will simply give you a card to contact Jeeves, which is an apparent poor property management company. This home is poorly maintained and I reported several issues including ants in the home, running toilet, expired refrigerator filter, and a clogged drain in shower. Pest Control was dispatched and applied a treatment, but it did not help much. For the comfort of my family, I bought a can of Raid and sprayed the home, of course we had to leave to allow the home to air out. The most egregious was the fact the master bed was on the floor. There was no bed frame, just a headboard, the boxspring and mattress are sitting on the floor, I literally slept on the floor. When I complained Jeeves, they said this is how the bed is made and refused to relocate me. There was no Roku remote in the master bedroom so to operate the tv I had to share a remote with the other room, the master bedroom door has a bad binge and will not stay open, the master bedroom dresser drawer will not stay closed. The home is poorly maintained and has clear signs of wear and tear. The grill was filthy and many features in the home do not work properly. I've stayed at other homes on this property and the Jeeves home are poorly maintained. I've never had any issues on this resort and these properties are not cheap. Once they have your money, they truly couldn't care less. I asked for a manager to call me, no one called. I sent an email, no one responded. If you plan to stay at Encore Resorts, do your due diligence, make sure you do not stay at a Jeeves owned property. Nothing ruins a vacation like poor accommodations and Jeeves should do better to understand this if you want to be in the vacation business. My advice, go elsewhere. read more

Customer Service is poor, I am disappointed and very frustrated. They are causing anxiety with blatant refusal to reasonable accommodate a customer. Reserved home on Thursday July 29th for Aug 17-23rd in Florida. Within that week Covid cases rised and in one week over 50k confirmed cases. After this information was shared in the first week of August I contacted Jeeves, I called no one answered and vm was full. I called more than once. I resorted to the chat box. FINALLY, the night of Aug 9th I received a response, stating they would make an effort to change my dates. Their terms and conditions clearly state that changes and rescheduling is allowed. I have agreed to pay any fee or increases if necessary. The home I have currently rented is available and I found a second home that is also available. The reservation manager refuses to reschedule. I made them aware that Covid risk is too high and dangerous. I informed them traveling to Florida now would be a potentially deadly option. They are absolutely refusing to provide me the option that they have advertised. Where is the integrity? read more

Very disappointed with our stay. We did not have a working dishwasher for our whole stay. When I contacted them about it they didn't say they'll have someone take a look at it they just said they needed to contact the owner to replace it. We had two broken pieces of furniture. They did send someone out to look at those but the repairman said they needed to be replaced but it didn't happen during our stay. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were badly stained so we took them off to sit in the chairs. The lights throughout the house flicker so made us believe there was an electrical problem. For a house that's supposed to accommodate 20 people and we only had 9 we had ALOT of problems with hot water. After the first couple of people showered the rest of us had like warm or cold showers. There was never any hot water in the downstairs bathroom sinks so had to wash our face at night with cold water. Some of the bedroom carpets were really stained and was disgusting. They charge extra for a heated pool or a grill, etc. but apparently do not discount for non working items. We paid almost $10,000 for a little over 2 weeks and expected a lot better than what we got. We rented a home for vacation a few months ago for 12 people. Today is 3/29/23, we were just notified that the house is no longer available. Apparently the home was sold and they said the best we can do is offer your money back but did Not offer any help on relocating another home. They didn't provide any help whatsoever, or provide a discount for our convenience, nothing. We go to this area every year and will never use Jeeves again. read more

I have tried to speak to someone at Jeeves for the last 10 days. First, a gentleman named Emanuel was supposed to call me back after I called no less than 5 times in 2 days. He never called. Then, a lady named Ada finally emailed me last Wednesday (week ago) asking me some information. I emailed her right away with what I was looking for and as of today no response or call. this vacation with Jeeves florida home rental has been a nightmare. from the day we arrived there has been issues and non stop mistreatment from the employees. I keep having to contact guest services and I am being brushed off and ignored. there is currently no AC in the home and the guest service agents hang up. I keep being told sorry for the inconvenience and then nothing gets solved. they don't give any estimated times for when things will be fixed or when maintenance will arrive. every phone call they act as if you are inconveniencing them for asking for basic necessities. these are not inconveniences. having no AC in 85 degree weather is inhuman. it is cooler outside than it is in our home. I have elderly family that are getting heat stroke. I was charged $400 for a home cleaning and the cleaning lady removed all the towels from the home and never replaced with new ones I have been calling for two days trying to get towels back in our home and I have still got nothing and no response. we paid $40 a day for pool heating. The day we arrive to an ice cold pool we called and called again each day till finally on day six we got our pool heated. we were told we would receive our money back for the days that the pool was unheated yet I have seen no refund or no messages referring to that issue when I called they seem to know nothing about it I was told will get back to you. Everything down to the basic billiards sticks, curtains, Internet, cable, Wi-Fi, TV "theater room" NOTHING WORKS OR IS BROKEN. This vacation has been a nightmare!! worst of it all is the customer service I have been offered no sympathy no compensation no basic human decency or treatment. I am horrified and beyond disappointed. not one upper level management Jeeves employee has reached out about any of these issues or to offer their apologies or any type of compensation. I have heard from no one. no help. Low level maintenance workers will come smile in your face and then ignore all of your needs and will fix nothing they come and say sorry that's not my job I can't help so then why did you come? To tease us? I will never be using Jeeves again. they took $3000 security deposit and over $7,000 for a home that has nothing of which that was stated would be available. I am disgusted and heartbroken we all should've just stayed home. Jeeves should not be allowed to be in business. the way this company runs their business is cruel. they will make sure to charge you every step of the way but provide nothing which they claim they will do. The more I speak to others in the resort I find that they do not use Jeeves. Everyone except for me knew how horrible they treat their customers. I am in this position and being taken advantage of. I expect a full refund but I doubt I will see anything. let's see if I get any refund at all. read more

Stay away from Jeeves. I rented a 10 bedroom house for my birthday in January 2024. It showed an amazing outdoor area with heated pool and hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub would not heat, the pool would not heat, the sauna was broken, the treadmill was broken, the outdoor fireplace would not heat, the back sliding door would not work, the microwave was broken, two of the games in the game room would turn off after 2 minutes of use...and the list goes on. I paid $320 to heat the pool and hot tub for our stay, and they refunded that and an additional $500 on an $8,500 rental. I would not have rented the house if the pool and hot tub could not be heated. We planned to use the outdoor space a lot since the water would be heated. They knew the heaters were broken before we arrived, and they failed to mention it to me. I had to call them to ask about it once we arrived. We went from a property we wanted to enjoy staying at to it literally just being a place we slept. I could've stayed at a Holiday Inn for a fraction of the price. They did not maintain this property for what I was charged, and they're going to tell you "too bad, you signed a contract" once they have your money and you discover all of the problems. read more

We were renting a large house in Reunion for 9 people for 5 days and even after the Disney parks closed and the National state of emergency was declared, they wouldn't budge. We won't rent from them again. They basically encouraged us to still go and enjoy our vacation. Really?! Unbelievable. Poor service and response time too. read more

Consumer Beware!!! Although they have a portfolio of enticing homes their business model practice and protocols lack integrity and basic ethics. I secured a rental through VRBO which Jeeves Florida Rentals also lists their rental homes on. My home rental was booked in December for occupation in March, 2020. At the latter part of February Jeeves Florida Rentals contacted me to notify me that the home I rented and paid in full for was no longer available. I also received an email from VRBO that stated the same and cancelled my reservation. Jeeves Mgmt then contacted me of other homes I could rent in the same Encore Resort, but now it would be directly through them and no longer under the portal of VRBO; I would sign a new contract reservation with Jeeves Florida Rentals. I naively did this and now the U.S is experiencing the devastating spread of Covid-19 which has crippled travel, closed Walt Disney World as well as Universal Studios. However, as I write this Jeeves Florida Rentals is offering ZERO refunds or concessions. Under these extraordinary circumstances companies with integrity which includes Delta Airlines, AirBNB, Walt Disney, Universal Studios and Home Away/VRBO and many others havé restructured their policies to provide rights and compassion to travelers that are already stressed by this pandemic BUT NOT Jeeves Florida Rentals. And since they lured me to rent with them instead of VRBO I am no longer protected by their newly announced policies to retain customers in the future. It will be interesting to see if Jeeves tries to claim the Administration's $ help to the travel industry...ironic since they are keeping our money. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JEEVES! read more

Rented a home at Reunion in the legends area for daughters wedding, which was being held in reunion. The house was as pictured- spectacular. But on first day we found out the main ac didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, nor the fridge. Since we were hosting guests and ordered over a thousand dollars worth of food this was an issue as it spoiled very quickly. The kitchen area was so hot and we didn't have a fridge. We called everyday except the day of the wedding. The day after the wedding when I called the women had the gall to tell me since I didn't call the day before they thought it was all set. 6 days into the stay they brought a fridge in for us to use for the last two days. This is a horrible management company. Go to a different management company. read more

We rented from Jeeves for Labor Day 2020. As a result of Covid, we tried to roll reservation over to Labor Day 2021 as we didn't feel it was safe to even fly into the airport in Florida. The Lady said no! I was told by one lady that our money was actually at Top Villas and to contact them. I did, and they read me an email that was sent from Jeeves immediately after my conversation telling them to not roll over the reservation. I then tried to contact Rena at Jeeves; she continually evaded my calls. I would NEVER rent from this place again. I have been a previous customer and was not asking for any money to be returned. Jeeves does not care if the customer is satisfied in any way!!!!!! Responding to your response. That answer is simply not true. I contacted the other company and they forwarded an email from Jeeves advising them not to move the booking to next year. Again, I am not asking for a refund - simply for a move to next Labor Day!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. With the global Coronavirus pandemic going on, they have refused to refund our money for the house we booked. We specifically told them when we booked that we were coming to the area for The Summit cheer competition. I have emailed them numerous times asking for a refund (we are coming from AZ) and shown proof the completion has been cancelled at Disneyworld. They have refused every step of the way, always responding with generic answers "there are no travel restrictions in Florida, our cancellation policy remains the same". The competition will be rescheduled and we will be sure to rent from a company that cares about other people and basic human compassion. Shame on this company, what a disappointment. UPDATE - A credit does not help anyone when multiple families were staying in a property for an event that is now cancelled - and the same families won't need to stay together at another time. read more

We had a good experience last year with our Kissimmee FL rental, so we rented it again. It is a nice, really expensive house. My husband is now in the hospital with pancreatitis and has to have his gallbladder out. We changed or cancelled our reservations with Disney, Universal, Alaska Air, and Hertz. No problem. Not Jeeves, when I called and explained our situation the man said "What would you like to do?" When I responded with rescheduling, he said "No, you can't do that." Followed by "You can't do that." to cancelling the reservation. Why did you ask what I would like to do then?!?!?! We are now out thousands of dollars due to a medical emergency. I just can't believe a wealthy company like this, who's bottom line wouldn't even be toughed by this event, is so heartless. There is no grace, no understanding, their customer service clearly doesn't give a damn based on the conversation starter. We will not use them again when we go back to Florida in February and October. read more

So sad that i even have to come on here to post a negative review as we have had great experiences in the past. However, you are being completely irresponsible during an unprecedented time right now. We would love to stay at the same location we always stay, but are being given a very short window to book. Not only am i due in July which makes traveling by December very difficult, but none of are sure how long this covid-19 siwill even last. All we want is the ability to book a little further down the road. Horrible customer service during a very difficult time. Do the right thing-shame on you. Edit: Since I am unable to respond to the Jeeves response back. I will update this. I am not traveling in December, i am supposed to be at your location right now. The only response you could provide was that we had to travel by December 15. Which would be impossible for our family. It's a global pandemic but your company is refusing refunds to people who are loosing their jobs, schools shut down, businesses have shut down, the number of cases are more than doubling each day? You need to do something about this. Your state should be embarrassed and your citizens should be scared. We are in the midst of a global pandemic and my immediate area is experiencing a major outbreak. Shame on you for not keeping your employees and customers safe. Update: appears I am not the only one. Sorry but your 100% credit to use through the end of the year is pointless for us states who have kids who may now have to go to school through summer. There are no vacations between now and then where families can take that amount of time off without pulling kids from school.
