Very large neighborhood that seemed to have as many live in residents as it did tourists like ourselves who was renting a house while in town for our daughters cheer comp and to visit some Disney parks. As you pull into this large gated community you are met with lovely dolphin water fountains and 24/7 on site security. Once you pass through a security you see the fountain which is the center point for a roundabout. The forsr exit leads you into houses the second exit into soem condos and more homes which are further down the road. The 3rd exit will take you into the welcome center. The welcome center is where I assume condo renters check in but it also where you get your badge for the severity gate. In that welcome center is a fitness area, free on site putt putt course, an outdoor swimming pool and access to the first of 3 neighborhood playgrounds. Across the street was a small, simple and nice email as use land resort walking trail. We stayed in a house called stitch magic in the back of the neighborhood a few miles from the welcome center so we didn't spend hardly any time there. Although on one visit we noticed the pool Area had a live dj and a pretty busy tiki bar. The free putt putt course and walking trails were a nice and fun touch. Our house we rented was very large and very clean and well maintained. You walk in and imemditly to the left is one of the queen sized bedrooms. To the right was a bathroom, wall in laundry and entrance to the garage. The garage was turned into a game room and features a ping on my table, dart board and other gaming options. Walking back inside and continuing on to the left Last the first bedroom was a dining area off the kitchen with a large table. Off that room was a full Kitchen and another small dining area and table. If you. I've on past the kitchen you walk into a large open living room With nice couches and a large tv. Off that room was access to the main level master bedroom with a king sized bed and personal bathroom. Also off the living room was a set of stairs that takes you up to 3 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The bedroll Immediately to the right features two kids beds decked with Pixar deformations. The room next to that was a Disney princess themed room with a queen sized bed. Back out in the hall way the room next to the princess room was another full bathroom. Next to that bathroom was another bedroom with a queen sized bedroom that also boasted its own personal full bathrom. Downstairs off the kitchen dining room And master bedroom you had sliding doors that take you into your own personal covered pool that was a nice size and featured some on site water inflatables. Overall we had an amazing stay here with the house we rented called "Stitch magic". Very large and clean. Very close to the ESPN WideWorld of Sports where my daughter was cheering and very close to Disney parks and all kinds of good dining options. The resort had really cool And nice on site amenities. My older daughters enjoyed walking to the nearby on-site playground as the one here was more secluded and not very busy. So something enjoyable for everyone while boasting good comfort as well.

Surprisingly enough I was very disappointed , the house smell like mildew, the carport clearly NOT clean. And one of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom backs up with black particles. The security lock to the pool area is hanging off from the wall. I've added the pictures to this email. I've contact property manager to fix the sink of course I got a voicemail. I had to cover the furniture to sit down because it's NASTY!!!! I was waiting to send response and photos at the end of my stay. However my family and I are disappointed. I'm sure as we continue our week. I will be updating the home website with my pictures and reviews. I would hate for ANYONE else to be in the position. To my surprise I couldn't add my review to their website. And when I checked a few weeks later the owner updated the website site with a great review during the dates that I stayed at the property. A few issues during our 2 night, 3 day visit: AC didn't work properly, horrible coffee, ice maker in refrigerator didn't work, refrigerator filter was out, we had to pay a cleaning fee but clean up and do laundry before we left. Was a quiet sleep, but I was exhausted from driving so..... The pool was warm, not a way to cool off anywhere on a hot day. Also was told that it was $100/day to use the pool!!!! The resort is very clean with lots of great amenities. Every resort has little differences that are interesting. This one had a market near check in which was overpriced, but very convenient. They also had multiple luggage carts which not all of the resorts have. There is a beautiful pool area with hot tub and a small kids pool. There is also a volleyball net and a life size chess board located in the pool area. There is also a basketball court, tennis court, movie theater, activity center and game room. There are daily activities planned. Some are free, some have an additional cost. We had a 3 bedroom with full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and washing machine inside the room. The outside patio was closed in and had an overhead fan which was a nice touch. Overall the staff were friendly. However, there were a few that seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for something or asked questions. Checkout was very easy. I would stay here again if the option was available.

Easy to get to and there's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Not far from Walt Disney World. I would give it five stars except we were a disappointed in the unanswered maintenance request responses.

I have asthma and therefore I keep my home at 70 degrees only to get here and find they will not allow the A/C to be lower than 73 degrees. We also had ants in 2 of the bathrooms that we called and complained about but never got resolved. I doubt I will rent from them for a fifth time.

Inside the home, the kitchen drawers and several other areas were dirty, the air vents were covered in dust, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the theater room. However, the theater screen was torn down when we arrived. I reported the issue immediately and requested that someone come repair it because my family was looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, no one ever came to address the problem. On our first day, we found a small black snake in the pool. A maintenance worker came the following day to add chemicals, but the pool should have been cleaned and serviced before our arrival. There was also no pool net available for us to remove bugs or debris from the water. In addition, the bedroom sheets did not appear to be clean. The air conditioning was not working in the downstairs bedroom by the pool, where my 75-year-old mother was sleeping, making her stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the ice machine stopped working during our stay. I documented these issues with photographs and reported them during my stay, yet many of the problems were never resolved. I will be submitting a Memorandum for Record (MFR) to the company along with the supporting photos and will be requesting at least a 50% refund due to the condition of the property and the lack of timely response. If the matter cannot be resolved fairly, I will consider pursuing legal action. This experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard that was advertised. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves its property maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service so future guests do not experience the same issues.

The townhouse itself is modern and nice, but not great for very small children. The owner welcomes kids and even has a high chair and plastic dish ware but the stairs are steep and uncarpeted(this wasn't false advertising, just wanted to let people know), dangerous for little legs. It would be great with older kids for sure! My review reflects the overall experience of staying at the place. The surrounding area is a little trashy. The Regal Oaks isn't really regal. The neighbors spend their afternoons fixing cars and smoking cigarettes on their stoops. They are perfectly nice but i hate cigarettes. When you walk around you notice everyone has reinforced door locks(I felt safe until i noticed that even though i have no reason to think these extra locks were needed ). And there is trash strewn around from the raccoons at night, one of which made it to the pool so the water slide was closed down to be cleaned and shocked. The pool water is a little murky looking and both my son and I developed a slight rash while we were there that disappeared after a week so it wasn't serious. We aren't sure if it was the pool or a sensitivity to detergent. The great perk is that it's really close to Disney and you can walk to "Old Town", which is also trashy but fun. There is a decent pizza place there too! If you aren't on air bnb and want to stay here, you can go directly through Regal Oaks and find different rentals there through them and don't have to worry about the air bnb process. It's perfect for older families(my father in law loved it) or young adults who want to be near Disney, a resort and in walking distance to some bars.

So, the entire garage is set up like a man cave, which is awesome, except that the garage doors in this particular home weren't sealed properly. And we found a lot of bugs creeping their way in. The security was being condescending and rude--mad that he had to come out of his little office and help me. (Isn't this your job?) I was trying to show him how I did it and he was tugging at my pass aggressively, insisting that what I was doing wasn't the right way, when it's clearly pictured how to scan the pass on the scanner. When he scanned it, he used a different method so I had every right to have had trouble. I said "have a good night" and he yelled at me "SAY THANK YOU". Terrible ugly people. Every night for the 3 nights I've stayed they treated me like I was some sort of criminal. I'm paying good money to stay in this community on vacation only to be treated like trash Other than that the house and the community is quiet and relaxing, but the experience I had with security would keep me from staying here ever again. .
