I went with a group of 4 without any expectation since I have not heard of him before. The show is located at the Paris hotel with a small venue about 200-250 people. I just want to say WOW!! This show definitely blew our expectation out the door. Jeff had all of us laughing from start to finish. He comedy consists of humor with a bit of impromptu, juggling stunts, multiple volunteers from the audience both kids and adults, and a great performance to end the show. This show is family friendly and to bring kids. Everyone who volunteered receive a gift for participating. Be sure to hang around after the show to meet Jeff himself. I recommend checking out this show. It's not one of those big name shows everyone goes to see but Jeff will surely keep you entertained and laughing throughout the whole show. read more

Jeff's show takes place at the Cools theatre in the Paris Casino. The crowd interaction is the best part and his jokes are clean. The way he interacted with the volunteers from the crowd was hilarious. Jeff is a juggler, he balances things on his chin, he likes marshmallows and apples, has wedgie issues and he is a great comedian. I wish one of my kids was 7 years old to be able to go up on stage and help out. The ending was just wow and a nice touch! The friend I went with says his show is always changing so you can enjoy it again and again. Jeff will take pictures with you after the show and sells juggling balls, dvd's and t-shirts. Jeff is also a spokesman for the Las Vegas Natural History Museum. We are locals so maybe that is our next stop. Thanks Jeff! read more

The title of this show is "Comedy In Action", but I didn't laugh once. I didn't think anything he did was funny, including continuously pulling his pants out of his a** (literally). It was basically a juggling show, and mediocre at that, until the final couple of minutes where he did some juggling in the dark which made for a really cool light show. The people next to us left after 10 minutes, I waited it out hoping it was going to get better, it did not. The entire show he kept commenting on how only 7 people thought he was funny, basically because no one was laughing. Jeff Civillico is an incredible performer and it's amazing to see an interactive show that is not only clean & family friendly, but also super fun for adults on the strip. We had the BEST time! The venue was small but that didn't matter at all, it probably just made his mastery that much more impressive. THIS IS WELL WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This is coming from a stingy bastard who gambles only one dollar in Vegas and takes large ziplock bags to the buffets. You get dinner and a show, you eat your dinner before or after the show. The show starts at 7:30 on select days, go look at his website for dates. I finally saw the full show at the Caesar Forum shops Planet Hollywood restaurant. I really wanted to see this show and I accidentally called Planet Hollywood HOTEL and they knew nothing. The show is inside the Planet Hollywood RESTAURANT inside of the Caesar Palace Forum shops. It's a small venue located on the second floor of the restaurant but the show was amazing and super funny. I looked like I was having a seizure because it was so funny. I was thoroughly entertained by his juggling, uni-cycling, and his energy and his deep murfs. Yes, MURFS. I thought the food was going to suck hard at the Planet Hollywood restaurant from reading yelp reviews. Plain entrees like hamburger, sandwiches, and Caesar salad made up the meager list of menu items of Jeff Civillicos menu. I was like fuck it Im paying for the show and I will think of it as free food so just I will just eat it. My boyfriend got the hamburger and I got the Caesar salad. They both blew my mind they were so fuggin awesome! The burger was one of the best and it was so juicy and rare and delightful. The Caesar salad was HUMONGOUS! I saw this show yesterday and it was one of the most fun, quickly moving, and entertaining shows I've seen on the Strip in a long time for the kind of show it is. Jeff is a master juggler who has a great sense of humor and who interacts with the audience throughout the show. There are plenty of laughs. The show is almost exactly an hour. The show is a 2 PM start time and it started right on time because he needs to get next door to Harrah's to work with Nathan Burton. It's a bit of a drag getting into the IP with all the construction that's making over the IP as part of Caesars' Project Linq. Don't let this deter you. Park at Harrah's or at the Flamingo and walk. So Jeff is very funny -- and very talented. It is an afternoon show that you should see. He's a handsome guy and has his act down tight. I went because I saw a "free show ticket" coupon in one of the many magazines around Vegas. So i called and the box office says the free tickets in the balcony are all gone but I can upgrade for $10 to a main floor ticket. A little disappointed, I bought a ticket. And this is where the show at the Imperial Theater loses a star. The balcony was pretty much empty. Sounds like a bait and switch from the Box Office Staff. Some quick tips: 1) if you go up on stage, you'll get a gift (dvd of the show, t-shirt, etc.) as a thank you 2) they generally don't allow you to bring in drinks from the casino because they want you to pay for the more expensive drinks for sale in the theater 3) Jeff does a bit of pre-show by going through the audience and interacting-- so get there early. read more

Jeff has a quick witted humor which keeps the show entertaining throughout the show. My brother received comped tickets through Total Rewards (Diamond Member) and we were able to snag seats (literally) next to the stage. The theater was simple to find - there are escalators directly to the Q Theater near the registration desk. Once inside, we were directed to Table 17, seats 3 and 4 (although this wasn't exactly indicated on our tickets, it just said GA0 1 and 2). Although it was really neat to be right in the action, it was a little difficult to see everything going on since we were so close. I would recommend a booth if you can request it. When the show starts, you're immediately smiling, if not chuckling. Jeff relies on the energy from the audience to gauge where his show will take everyone and it works. Since it's such an intimate venue, audience interaction works well like when he posed while I was taking photos (only no-flash photography is allowed and rather encouraged). Jeff said to me: "Post it on Facebook and put #smugglinggrapes!!" LOL. Also, if you participate, you're guaranteed to have a great time on stage and you get a prize! Anyway, high energy is definitely the best way to describe the show. It's 70 minutes of non-stop juggling, gags, and laughs. He's extremely talented and it shows with the juggling objects varying in shape and weight (bowling balls, torch, FURBY..just to name a few). After the show, Jeff runs out of the theater to greet everyone leaving, offering photos and autographs on anything! It's a great show and the time will just fly by - a good indication that you're having a good time. Decent ticket prices and it's early in the day (4 PM), so you don't have to worry about all that "Strip traffic" that many locals dread. Decent show- good for kids, enjoyable for adults, too! A bit difficult to find, as it's in the Quad, which doesn't seem to have any exterior signage at all. Your best bet is to find the Flamingo, then ask for more directions. If you can get to O'Shea's, find the box office from there and go up the escalator. Missed the first bit of the show due to how difficult it was to find. Went in and found that Jeff interacted a lot with the audience, used several volunteers, and was a generally goofy guy- in a good way, though. Though his show was explained to me as "comedy with some juggling", it's really more of the other way around: juggling with some comedy. Think bowling balls, knives, and a flaming torch, though those are probably the highlights rather than the norm. Would definitely go again, and hopefully see the whole show. Didn't see Jeff in Vegas, but caught him at a show at the Atlantis Resorts in the Bahamas. I did not know what to expect. Just knew he was some dashingly good-looking fellow juggling stuff. His show was HILARIOUS. I was laughing so hard I could not breathe. Best of all, it was family-friendly and wholesome fun. He is also adapts well to each environment. For example, an audience member threw a fresh banana (yes, a piece of fruit) onto the stage and he incorporated it into the show. I did not even realize that the banana was unplanned, which just emphasizes how talented this guy is! He is basically a younger Jim Carrey, but better looking and can juggle. Had a grand time! Originally saw a sneak peek of Jeff's show at the Nathan Burton's Comedy Magic Show at the Saxe Theatre in Planet Hollywood at the Miracle Mile Shop two years ago in December 2012 when Jeff performed one of his juggling tricks with his unicycle. Enjoyed him a lot then and we were excited we had a chance to see him tonight. He has a 4:00p time slot at the new LINQ Hotel and Casino (formerly the Imperial Palace) moving up from his 2:00p show. Opening act for Jeff is a beatbox performer named JayR. As expected he put out a fantastic show performing some crazy stunts with his unicycle, balancing acts, juggling with some dangerous props (meat cleaver, blow torch, bowling ball, etc). We had VIP seats and were just approx 12-ft from the stage. Jeff's show is interactive and had audience participation. I was afraid that he would pick on one of us being seated right in front. Well, sure enough my hubby and another gentleman got called on to participate in the unicycle act. Totally hilarious! I was able to catch it all on video. He handed out free gifts to him and the other participant... free DVD of his show and two complimentary tickets to the High Roller (worth $34.95 on an evening ride, cheaper in the daytime, I think somewhere in the $25 range)! Yay! The show is not long, maybe a little over an hour but Jeff will keep you laughing and in awe of his tricks. Go see! After the show he meets his guests in the lobby for a selfie and photo op and autograph! Fantastic performer, this young and handsome man. Instead there was a replacement magician - who was still entertaining more for a family crowd with young kids but I didn't find him humorous. Very quick witted and a very fun evening show. He improvises because he uses a lot of audience volunteers as a part of his act. His jokes come so fast, it's hard to keep up. He had one extraordinarily good looking showgirl quality gal come up on stage to assist his juggling act, and at one point blurted out to her "hey, eyes up here!" as he got ready to toss her some items to juggle. His repetitive signature leg kick did get funnier as the show went on. I think he's very talented (best juggler I've ever seen) that was obviously born to do this but that doesn't mean it's 5 star show like a lot of Yelpers say it is. Jeff's show is great! I would definitely go back and recommend it to others. It is an all-ages show, but there are some extra asides that only adults will get. Kind of like Shrek humor, if that makes sense. Jeff is incredibly high energy and somehow manages to not be totally obnoxious while running all over his stage, talking a mile a minute, and harassing his audience helpers. We laughed nonstop and can't get Jeff's high kicks out of our heads. This man has comedy for all ages. I've seen him twice now within the last year. Some parts of his show are new, some are old... but you cannot say that he doesn't change his material. He has a talent that he is not afraid to get cocky about. Let's see.. he is a handsome fellow.. but some of things he does on stage makes him seem a little less appealing than a Chippendale. You don't go to a Jeff Civillico show to see eye candy, you go for his comedy intertwined with his skills. Although, I repeat, he is a good looking dude. Alright, now that we've got that out of the way. You have to be prepared to see a bunch of cringe worthy things. A lot of jokes and leg pops. If you don't find a reason to laugh, you my friend are a prude. There is nonstop action the entire show. Guests are frequently brought on stage, but they are all willing volunteers. You have a chance to show off your minor juggling skills if you have them and the crowd will cheer you on. The show lasts perfect amount, 1 hours and 15 minutes of laughing your butt off. If you are in Vegas for the T & A shows, or something racy, this show is not what you are looking for. However, if you want to enjoy a good, clean, intelligently funny time, with either your kids, husband, wife, or significant other, you won't be disappointed!!! Jeff's show began with a freaky, and fun start with America's Got Talent's Turf! How anyone can move their body parts the way Turf does is mindboggling. Jeff's act begins with a huge balloon archway inflating itself to classic show intro music. I'll save the hot air metaphors for another day, since I found the energy and banter of this manic balancing, juggling, comedian to be a breath of fresh air. Jeff begins by balancing different objects on various parts of his face, chin being the most prominent. All the while he uses wit and charm to warm the audience up and has no short supply of comic jests when the crowd seems to miss the beat. Next Jeff selects a couple of bruisers out of the audience to help elevate him high onto his unicycle. I'll leave the suspense of what ensues alone while warning future volunteers to keep their sense of humor on hand, and fear of close male contact at home. If you have children, you don't have to fear bringing them to see the show, and one of them may end up becoming a star themself. No need to cover their eyes or ears during this one. Our eight year old laughed hysterically at the sight gags, as well as Jeffs irreverant ability to jab and jeer with his volunteers and audience. Much juggling of various objects takes us deeper into the act. All the while Jeff continues to extract laughs from the audience with his off-the-cuff humor. Now, some may say that being a juggler myself, taints me from being an objective observer. Well, since my companions at the show decided to tattle on me about my ability to juggle, my objectivity took a sharp turn to subjectiville.. I have to say that I never juggled with what felt like pitcher's resin bags before. And i definitely never tried it with bright lights shining in my eyes. A new found respect for Jeff's abilities under the lighting was born. Jeff was a great sport as I added my own peculiar brand of humor to his show. One of Jeff's signatures is intermittent tugging at his wedgie. You know I couln't let that one go. The lights go out and glow-in-the-dark juggling ensues. A nice touch. The grand finale will remain a mystery, as I would hate to spoil the surprise. Suffice it to say, Houdini would find it highly amusing! it's no wonder he is bumping up against five stars. i have seen the show several times and enjoyed all of them. i will start with the fact that jeff is an incredible juggler. one of seven people in the world who can juggle 5 pins (he made that up.) we love to take our out of town friends and watch their laughter throughout the show. the show is fast paced funny and a great place to spend an hour before supper. we saw him the first week he opened and after a year he is still as fresh and exciting. one thing everyone we take says is he has incredible timing like "you never know when to cheer for a juggler" or "i wouldnt have clapped for that either." if you have kids or parents in town you can take them to this show without cringing. there are discount tickets available on yelp mobile and a check-in offer. jeff does some cross promotions giving you serious discounts on divas and mac king. Jeff Civillico Comedy in Action is a must see if you are looking to be entertained during the afternoon. My recommendation is to go before lunch so you aren't laughing on a full stomach. Jeff is lively and animated and keeps you laughing the entire time. He is a very talented juggler and has a way of making it fun. He is not your common circus juggler; this guy is amazing! This show performs afternoons so it is great for the entire family and is a great value. His opening act, Turf, is also amazing! And then he juggled some more things. Bottom line is there was a lot of juggling! The comedy was typical knee slapping funny but mainly corny. Funny for the kids and entertaining enough. I got comp tickets but I wouldn't personally pay more than $25-$30 for tickets to this show. There also seemed to by quite a bit of underlying homosexual comedy. . . I hope that's proper term to use here . . . Maybe it was just me, but I could of done with half of the "gay" jokes for a kid friendly show. His show has evolved a lot since the first time I saw (and reviewed it) a few year ago, but has the same high-energy and kookiness. I honestly think that he is going places, and this is going to be one of the last times people will get to see him before he blows up into a much more expensive ticket. I really recommend this show. My wife and I attended Jeff's show last evening and really enjoyed ourselves. He provided a very entertaining 90 minute show with lots of audience involvement. The image of him climbing over two audience helpers to mount a tall unicycle while giving them multiple instructions will stay with me for a long time - it was hilarious. YOU MUST GO! Jeff Civillico, Comedy In Action, is a hilarious daytime show packed with cool and quirky stunts. Family-friendly to say the least -- kids love it! I've seen the show twice. Jeff is like the Energizer Bunny meets the Tasmanian devil, with awesome juggling and jokes tossed in. Plus he's quick-witted. His humor is similar to Kung Fu Panda, Despicable Me, and Cars in that tons of adult quips are weaved into a playful visual story accessible to children. Jeff juggles everything from bowling balls to marshmellows to flaming torches to plastic chickens to "Shake Weights" to Arabian knives with marshmellows on the ends that he eats. Late in the show he turns off the lights and juggles glowing balls and rings to music, leaving the audience in a trance. But except for that trance part, the audience is laughing throughout the show! Jeff has constant, self-deprecating, shrewd one-liners about himself, Vegas, or modern society. This mixed with his skills make him a modern-day jester. He also listens well to audiences, feeding off their energy and comments with quick-draw comebacks or altering his performance and tricks to meet what they like. Even more, Jeff is adept at bringing up adults and children to the stage then adding them to the act. With adults, the result is usually hysterical and farcical antics that you don't see coming. Using two audience members to hold steady his tall unicycle, he climbs over, around, and on top of them, in all kinds of silly comprosing positions that leave them and the audience howling with laughter. When he brings children to the stage, often as young as four or five, he has them hold things while he balances and spins objects on top of what they're holding. The children beam like lighthouses from the audience applause and amazement. I'm not sure who wouldn't like this show. It probably appeals to everyone. It can get you pumped up for a Vegas weekend or be the finishing fun before you depart. Locals like it, too, as Jeff continually freshens his performance with new themes, new tricks, and sometimes new performers as side acts. Best of Las Vegas just awarded Comedy in Action "Best Bargain Show" for 2014. For sure, it's a steal for $33. I would pay twice this. And if you check out his Yelp or Trip Advisor reviews, he's crushing it! After the show, Jeff meets audience members in the lobby for pictures, autographs, or just to say hi. People love it, kids love it. It gets crowded. Several parents purchased juggling balls for their children, who had big excited smiles on their faces. That will be a positive, healthy, skill-building activity away from the TV or computer. And he was still making kids laugh while signing their tickets or DVDs! Jeff's show at The Quad runs every day at 4pm, except Tuesday and Friday, inside the Q Theatre. Jeff is also available for private and corporate bookings.
