Jeff, was great. One late evening at the office, my work computer shut off and I was not able to re-start it. I found Jeff on Yelp and besides having great reviews, Jeff was very close. I called Jeff around 5:30pm and got a hold of him right away. He wasn't able to come to my office but let mr come by his house to drop off the computer and figure out what was wrong. Jeff immediately figures out that it was the power supply. Luckily my office had the exact same computer and we were able to swap out the power supply quickly. Jeff saved the laptop of the CEO of our entertainment company. He came by for 4 days straight during business hours until he got the computer up and running. He's very experienced in what he does.
