Our refrigerator went out on Friday, I spent all weekend shopping online at all the Lowes and Home depot and Best Buy. Hundreds of Refrigerators displayed online, none available in store for pickup. All require delivery, in 2-3 days or most 2-6 weeks I could not wait weeks for a refrigerator and Reading all the reviews from those stores I expected the actual purchase and installation was going to be a nightmare. Both my Wife and Myself are having health and mobility issues right now so going to stores to shop was going to be exhausting and It appeared that no store I could find had a refrigerator that We would find acceptable either in stock or actually available in a day or two. Sunday evening I decided to look at Jeff Lynch website and saw they showed a couple of refrigerators available for next day or even same day delivery. I didn't have much time to look around website but I did notice that Website said if you were having any difficulty to call them. Monday morning I called and spoke to Keith, explained our situation to him and just asked him to look for a refrigerator they could deliver soon. I told him about what brand our old refrigerator was and size and 3 or 4 features that we felt we had to have in replacement. Keith said he would text me in half hour or sooner with some choices he could deliver and install right away. Keith texted me info within 15 minutes about a Frigidaire GRSS2652AF complete with pictures, it is a 25.6 ft side by side with in door ice and water and a deli drawer in stainless steel, which filled all the requirements we had felt we had to have with a amazing price $1149. Delivered today. I immediately called Keith back and told him the GRSS2652AF would do nicely. I was amazed again when the delivery truck and men showed up with refrigerator at 2pm. I had not even emptied everything out of refrigerator (because we kept cold with DRY ICE). The delivery men were exceedingly nice and went back outside to unload and unpack the new refrigerator while I emptied old refrigerator even waiting politely while I took 15 minutes longer to unload old one. Delivery men quickly hooked up water and ice maker and showed me how everything worked even cautioning me that in addition to waiting 24 hours for temp to get cold and stabilize before putting in Dairy products and fresh fruits and vegetables. the delivery men also gave me a important pointer for todays modern refrigerators. 1st allow temperatures to stabilize at the preset settings then when adjusting temperatures on freezer and refrigerator side, adjust only 1 degree in 24 hours give time to stabilize. I am completely amazed and extremely Satisfied with the Sales and Delivery and Installation provided by the people at JEFF LYNCH of Greenville. I am pleased with my new refrigerator and 5 year extended warranty that I decided to buy with new refrigerator. Jeff Lynch is by far the way to go when buying appliances in the Upstate. I say that from experience because I made the mistake of buying elsewhere. Here's my story. We had a power surge in our house from a recent electrical storm. We used to live in Greenville and had bought from Jeff Lynch before when we lived there. We currently live about an hour from Greenville and my wife and I didn't believe that Jeff Lynch would offer delivery and setup that far away. So we chose to go with one of the national chain hardware stores that had a location near us. I ordered the dryer on line and paid for delivery, installation and the hook up kit. Two days later they delivered it. When trying to install it the tech told me the vent hose he brought wasn't flexible enough and the one that we had wouldn't fit it, so he told me that I could take the kit he brought back to the store and they'd exchange it and then I could attach it myself. I thought he was kidding. I paid for installation! He and his coworker got in their truck and left. I don't think the were gone five minutes before I called the hardware store and set up the return. I guess I should have refused delivery but honestly I was in shock about the lack of service. At that point we are still without a washer so I figured I'd give Jeff Lynch a call. Thought it was a long shot but worth trying. Keith Ashworth picked up my call and provided excellent advice on a brand and model that I should consider. I did some quick research and called him back and within an hour I had a quote for the model I wanted and a delivery date for the next day. He told me I'd get a call in the morning from his team and they'd let me know when they'd be there. Sure as can be I got a call this morning from Macio Aiken telling me he'd be at my home between 12 and 2. At 1pm Macio and his partner Chris Albert were parked in my driveway unloading the dryer and a washer (my wife decided we needed a matched set) and who am I to argue with my wife. They were both very polite and professional. Within 15 minutes they had both units set up and working perfectly. 5 minutes later they were gone. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will say unequivocally that I will never buy another appliance from anyone in the Upstate other than Jeff Lynch. Their service is outstanding. We recently moved to the Spartanburg, SC area and needed a refrigerator, washer and dryer for our new home. Our realtor recommended Jeff Lynch. We went and met Jeff W. who is one of the appliance specialists. Jeff W. was awesome on how he explained the features and functions of the various manufacturer's products as well as the pros and cons of each. In addition, we needed these immediately and were somewhat limited to what was readily available. With his help we made our selection and scheduled a delivery date. We also wanted to look at furniture and Jeff W. introduced us to Bob D, a furniture specialist. We had the same time constraints and wanted to see items that were also readily available. We decided on a sofa that was in and was able to special order additional items for a future delivery. While finalizing the sale, we were informed that when you spend a certain amount of money, you earn credit for future purchases. Since we still had a balance due on the appliances, Bob D. was able to apply those credits towards the appliance balance. While waiting for delivery day, we decided to go back to Jeff Lynch and look at 65" TV's. We met Doug D. and, he too, gave us the low-down on a variety of TV possibilities. We made a decision and purchased one to be added to the upcoming delivery. Once again, we earned a credit and Doug D. applied to our outstanding balance due on the ordered furniture. Delivery day came and Britt and Moses were fantastic in delivery and setup. They installed the refrigerator, washer and dryer and explained how everything worked. The TV was only opened to make sure it worked after delivery since we needed the TV wall-mounted. The installer was recommended by Doug D. and is coming to install it. After moving into the house, we decided the dishwasher wasn't up to our expectation and went back to Jeff Lynch to purchase one. Unfortunately, Jeff W. was out for medical reasons but we met with Austen W. Austen W. was extremely knowledgeable in the appliances, just like Jeff W., Bob D. and Doug D were. We purchased a dishwasher too! We definitely recommend Jeff Lynch to anyone looking for experienced, knowledgeable and friendly sales people who know their products, with good prices and service on the items they sell. read more

after AWFUL experiences in both home depot and lowes for appliances, we decided to try jeff lynch and WOW, what a positive difference! jeff lynch's team is polite, prompt and they understand how to keep a schedule and be respectful of time (unlike lowes, who is egregiously abusive of time, and who's complex process & lack of communication destroys the sale, and yields horrible buyers remorse!) i would need to write a book to explain the numerous problems that occurred from HD and lowes, but suffice to say i bought a refrigerator and warranty from lowes, they delivered a defective unit, and it is STILL HERE, STILL NOT FIXED, AFTER OVER 60 DAYS !! ** But here's what happened at jeff lynch: i showed up on thursday and the salesman showed me my choices, i decided and purchased on friay, and literally between 10-12 on saturday, i had my appliance!!! the sale was easy, no pressure, and the sevice FAR EXCEEDED the awful service from lowes and depot. IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS MY NEW MACHINE WAS IN MY HOME, RUNNING! jeff lynch HAS A TON IN STOCK! even in this time of covid and supply chain woes, you need to give jeff lynch a try- especially if you've been let down by the depot and/or lowes, like i was. Can you believe it's been over 60 days and I've still got a defective refrigerator from lowes - STILL NOT FIXED YET, BECAUSE LOWES SUCKS, AND DOES NOT GIVE A DARN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS?? All lowes cares about is your money, but once you pay, the service goes away!! Contrast that with the jeff lynch experience - in less than 48 hours our new washing machine was delivered and PERFECT. even the delivery window was 2 hours with Lynch, instead of 6 hours or all day with lowes (and in reality multiple days wasted, because lowes canceled/postponed 5 times before delivering a defective fridge!!) and even after delivering a defective unit w/ their "upgrade warranty" i still have a broken refrigerator in my house- BECAUSE. LOWES. SUCKS.!!!! Shopping on Black Friday is not my idea of a good time and I usually avoid it like the plague. For the past several weeks I've been searching on line for a French door/bottom freezer refrigerator and microwave. I dragged my significant other out on Black Friday to several of the large retailers to see some of the models I found on line. There was one model in particular that seemed to be on sale for a great price almost everywhere we looked. I am one of those folks who prefer to buy local when I can, so we made our way to Jeff Lynch. As you might imagine, they were just as busy as the chain stores, but I was fortunate enough to run into Matt Craft. He was working with another customer who had requested him, but she was kind enough to invite him to talk to me while she waited. (Who says people can't be gracious on Black Friday?) He mentioned that Jeff Lynch likes to match competitor prices whenever possible and he made a thorough search of his computer to see what he might do. Understandably he wanted to know what the measurements of my current refrigerator and microwave were, so I went on home to measure. When I got back to the store the same day, Matt was swamped with other customers. I'm not in any particular hurry for my appliances and he assured me that he would honor the deal we made even if we closed the transaction on a day other than Black Friday. Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of shopping for a refrigerator/freezer at Jeff Lynch! We're certain all their associates are well-trained and knowledgeable; however, since we had received wonderful assistance from Alex Raines on a dishwasher purchase, he was the one we sought! Jeff Lynch has an expansive inventory, so there is something for everyone's needs and budget! Needless to say, we made our purchase, whereby Alex discussed in detail how the delivery would be handled; we left feeling we had made a wise decision. On Monday, July 13, 2026, I received a message which verified our delivery address. On Tuesday, July 14th, as promised between 8am - 9am, I received a call from Macio A. who stated that as requested, I would be their final delivery. They (Macio A. and Patrick S.) arrived in a timely manner; my husband and I were amazed to watch two experts in action! To say they were polite and professional is an understatement! With so many deliveries in one day (that alone speaks of Jeff Lynch's reputation), the delivery truck is enormous. Out of respect for our home, they parked on the street rather than putting excess weight on our driveway. Our older refrigerator/freezer was removed to make way for the beautiful new model! They secured our appliance and gave explicit instructions on temperature settings and the length of time needed before we could add food. In this day and age so lacking in superior customer service, Jeff Lynch is a breath of fresh air! If one has never visited, they have a beautiful showroom and are conveniently located! On Friday, May 3rd, my mother's refrigerator stopped working. We went to Jeff Lynch to see what they had in stock, if they delivered, and if they would haul away the old refrigerator. Our salesman, Stewart Miller, was phenomenal!! We told him that my 77-year-old mother's refrigerator stopped cooling and we needed one ASAP. We told him exactly what my mom wanted and the size we needed. He immediately went to look to see if they had anything in stock that met my mom's needs/wants. He quickly came back and showed us exactly what they had. My mom selected the one she wanted and was happy with the service. Mr. Miller didn't stop there! We asked if it could be delivered by Wednesday of this week. He asked us about the refrigerator not cooling, and we told him that was correct. He called the warehouse and asked if they had someone who could deliver it on Saturday because it was a priority. Guess what? They did have 2 gentlemen who could deliver it immediately. WOW!! That is great customer service!! Now, I want to talk about the delivery service. We live less than 5 miles from Jeff Lynch. By the time we paid for the refrigerator and returned home, the delivery guys were calling us to say they were on their way. Justin Shealy and Caleb Anthony were prompt, courteous, and so very helpful! They were super understanding that our house was in chaos from pulling the old refrigerator out and trying to put all the contents in coolers. These two gentlemen were amazing at getting the old refrigerator out and the new one in (had to take the door off the hinges) and installing it. They cleaned up all of the plastic, styrofoam, and tape before leaving. The gentleman did a wonderful job explaining how everything works on the refrigerator and how to register the product! Outstanding Delivery Experience with Jorge and James - Highly Recommend! We had a replacement brought out due to a factory defect in mounting of the freezer door which could not be fixed on site. I recently purchased a new Frigidaire Professional 27.8 cu. ft. After doing my homework on refrigerator styles, size, cost and reliability. I ordered a refrigerator online at a good price from Sears and they promised it would be delivered, installed and my old one hauled away two days later. They showed up without a refrigerator on their truck telling me they couldn't deliver my refrigerator for another 9 weeks. I was livid! Now, desperate to find a new refrigerator that could be delivered quickly, my girlfriend and I went to Jeff Lynch. We arrived about 20 minutes before they closed. Nate never rushed us, answered all my questions, quickly showed us exactly what they had in stock and when it could be delivered and we walked out of there with a smile on our face, feeling confident our new refrigerator would be delivered in two days, as promised. It was! Allen and Tevin showed up a little later than originally expected, but called to let us know ahead of time and did an excellent job! We witnessed the gradual decline of our 13-year-old refrigerator over last week, and by Friday, we had decided that it was time to bid it farewell. My daughter and I were impressed from the beginning as we opened the door to Jeff Lynch in Greenville, SC. We'd heard good reviews from our neighbors in Hendersonville, NC, so we made the 45 minute drive. The 1st impression is their HUGE selection. They have it all: appliances, every TV, indoor and outdoor furniture, home furnishings. We were lucky to have George/Jorge Monzon as our sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about the 3 dishwashers that I wanted to see. First, he helped in comparing the styles, the make and the price, making it easy for me to decide the best one for me. Then, he helped with an easy decision of my purchasing a Speed Queen washing machine too. I'm so happy to learn they have all the SQ models, as well as competent service techs, if ever needed. I am new to the area and several people from my church family told me about Jeff Lynch. I went to the store and ended up purchasing a full suite of appliances. The appliance were delivered and installed with the exception of two items requiring an electrician. All worked well during the installation. Over the next several days using the new washer, I noticed it was rocking quite a bit with larger loads. I call the issue in hoping just to get a wrench where I could fine tune the leveling. Eric the salesman would have nothing to do with that and scheduled a service call to fix the issue. The service appointment was scheduled for two days later. Both Jason Mathis and Kevin Johnson were the techs that arrived to fix the issue. Unfortunately newer dryers don't have a maintenance mode so both gentlemen had to waste valuable time waiting for the spin cycle which was the only time the unit rocked back and forth. Nevertheless, the gentleman were courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They tried several ideas to get the unit to rock which it did. They made all the adjustments necessary and all appears to be working properly. I have to say both Jason & Kevin demonstrate the quality, friendliness and professionalism that everyone at Jeff Lynch appliances has demonstrated since I started working with them. We purchased a Sony TV and washing machine from Jeff Lynch recently. Both products were in warranty. Jeff Lynch DOES NOT SERVICE the products they sell. They contract with third party companies. It took 3 business days for the washer repairman to arrive to work on my 1 month old washer. The Jeff Lynch installers switched the hoses, hooking the hot water up to the cold. The water hoses were also leaking. He had to replace a part on my brand new washer. Am I happy, NOOOOO. On to the tv. We were told to call Sony directly to handle our DOA tv. After dealing with a rep from Sony and going through several tests, he said we've had a catastrophic failure on the new tv. I called Sony last Wednesday, and followed up today, Monday. I was told I had to wait another 2 business days to be contacted by a service company who will repair my tv. I told him I was not happy with the situation. He placed me on hold, did some checking and finally got me a service time. They will arrive 7 days after I called Sony (5 business days) which is their standard policy. I don't know about you, but I'd call that a major inconvenience for an expensive tv that is less than 1 year old! I will never purchase anything from JL again, and highly suggest you think twice before spending a dime in that store. If they had the option of only giving a half a star, that would be my honest rating. read more

Our first experience with Jeff Lunch was back in April when we moved to this area and were having a house build in Boiling Springs. We were here about a week when we went to the store and first met Chris Poole. What an outstanding young man!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and so gracious as he showed us all over the store, for quite some time, with no promise of a sale. We did later buy a living room set of a couch, a love seat, and a chair. We also bought a washer and dryer and an adjustable bed and mattresses. A few weeks later we returned to buy a dining room table and chairs. To say we are pleased with him and everything there is an understatement!! They kept all that we bought until we closed and moved into our new home just this past weekend. Last Saturday evening, Tim Wooten and Russell Chalmers delivered and set up all of our furniture except the table and chairs which is on order but has not arrived yet. These two young worked tirelessly for more than 2 hours moving, adjusting, and putting together everything. I'm sure they had had a long week already but yet they were so polite and so very patient with us as we were deciding just where to put some of the very heavy furniture. My dryer died on me, suddenly! And it just so happens that I was scoping out a washer and dryer for someone else at the time. I went to Jeff Lynch armed with my consumer reports information and a few ideas after having scoped out what was a available a few days earlier. I talked with Warren Young (sales rep), he listened to my needs and my reasoning and we purchased a new Speed Queen washer and dryer (my Kenmore dryer had lasted 19 years+ and since the washer was also 19 years old, I figured I'd go ahead and replace both items). Warren was great! So helpful. No pressure--I like that. And I now have a new salesman for my appliance needs! So, today, my new appliances were delivered by Jeff Lynch employees, Tim and Keith. What nice young men. Very polite. Let me know when they thought they would be here. Then they called when they were about 10 minutes away. Awesome. They arrived at the house and set about taking out the old machines, gave me time to scrub up the floor, then set to installing my brand new washer and dryer. They did a great job. WOW! What an impressive company to work with. From the time we parked in the nice, clean parking lot to receiving our two new mattresses, an outstanding experience. Diego was a wonderful salesman and extremely helpful in the shopping process. Excellent customer service and explanation of the delivery process. Explained the timeline and what to expect as far as scheduling the delivery. I was contacted by the store to let me know the delivery date and I would be contacted that morning for the delivery window. On the day of delivery, I was called to let me know the window of delivery time. Ten minutes before the delivery was made, I was contacted again to let me know they were nearby. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jeremy and Wesley, both of whom were well dressed and extremely polite. They thanked me for my business and were extremely careful as they brought in the new mattresses and removed the old ones from second story bedrooms. Not a mark on the walls, nor any dirt left on the floors. They ask me again if I was satisfied with the products and their service, which was a big yes to both. Just received my new washer today from Jeff Lynch! Keith Ashworth, one of the Sales Specialist, returned my call to the store and we discussed washer options so that we could find exactly what our family needed. Keith handled the entire transaction over the phone which really helped us during a busy busy time of the year! Keith was professional, knowledgeable and also kind and he really cared about our business. He gave us options, discussed pricing and reminded us of the warranty we would be getting with our machine and then asked us when we would like to get it and before i could blink an eye....we have our new washer! Before leaving they discussed the new washer instructions and addressed all of my questions. They actually waited on me to get home as I was running late getting home that day! What a great shopping experience. Our old fridge died suddenly and we scrambled to get our food stored with neighbors and then headed to Jeff Lynch. Our salesman, Jorge, understood exactly what we wanted and kindly showed us what they had available. He was very knowledgeable on all the fridges and helped us quickly determine which model suited our needs best. Even though we shopped late in the day, Jorge also helped us get a next day delivery so we could move our food items back from our neighbors quickly. The delivery and installation were also very professional. The installers, Kevin and James, carefully moved our old fridge out then connected and placed the new one taking extra care to not damage our floor or cabinetry. They gave us detailed instructions on operation and first time use so we were ready to go immediately without reading manuals. I later checked pricing on the fridge with other appliance stores because I was wondering if we overpaid and found the Jeff Lynch price was the same as the lowest price among the other stores. I was also impressed that Jeff Lynch would handle any warranty or service claims and I wouldn't have to shop around to find service if needed in the future. I definitely recommend Jeff Lynch.
