Kristian's own team overcharged me. When her own assistant was correcting the issue, Kristian went out of the way to pick up the phone and call me and speak in a disrespectful tone to begin with. Funny thing was our issue was already resolved and Kristian for some odd reason wanted to just argue for the sake of arguing without even knowing the situation or why I was billed incorrectly. After being corrected and informed, instead of acknowledging being wrong, she hung up on me.
