As an active bowler, I really wanted to like this spot, but I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this location based on the service. About 45 minutes before closing, the staff began turning on all the overhead lights and repeatedly resetting the lanes while we were mid-game. It felt very rushed, and we weren't able to actually finish our second game before being hurried out. The most frustrating part was the checkout process. Despite the staff clearly trying to rush us out, cutting our time short and preventing us from finishing, the manager on duty still tried to charge us for two full games. Bottom Line: Between the rude service and the lack of professional management, there are better places to spend your time and money if you're looking for a good bowling environment. read more

Had a cute lil Sunday night date at Bowlero. You can't beat the Sunday unlimited bowling for 14.99 and that INCLUDES shoes. Me and my date bowled five games. We had some Blue moon that I personally would have loved to be a lil colder but I drank it and I don't drink ale or beer so it must have been ok. We got wings and fries. The fries were decent. I didn't try the wings but they smelled great. The lanes were clean. Bathrooms were clean. I didn't personally visit the snack bar. The shoes were decent. Not old and beat up at all. Lots of parking. Lots of tv monitors. Overall good experience but the great company may have been why. Oh- the automatic score monitor was very entertaining to me. I'm easily tickled lol. The staff were pleasant. Had a terrible experience here last night and won't return. I tend to bowl quite frequently at other Bowlero locations(which are great), but decided to go to the Roswell location out of convenience. Upon arrival, the staff was very rude and continued to be so throughout the night. While bowling, an employee came up to our table and was very rude about putting the bowling shoes on, but ignored every other person not wearing their shoes. While I can admit our shoes should have been on, there were at least 3 other lanes of people not wearing shoes that weren't spoken to about it, so it left a foul taste in my mouth. Additionally, we planned to stay for 2 games, but they turned all of the lights on at 11:30pm and began resetting all of the lanes which was very distracting and clearly indicated that they wanted us to get out(even though they close at Midnight). Once we went to pay, the employee tried to force us to pay for 2 games when we were practically kicked out less than halfway through the second game. Thankfully the system only registered one game, so we only paid for one, but she was clearly upset that it wasn't two. The location in Norcross is great, but Roswell was terrible. read more

if you go here for bowling, the lanes are not well maintained, and if you go here for food, then you are foolish that none of the food has any smell and when they serve a buffet for parties of mass produced frozen food, it is not lit up and for a good reason cause it's not appealing. Bowlers has some really good fries and the arcade/bowling isn't better than Main Event but it works. Plus they had quesadillas that I liked.

The venue was clean and the staff was very friendly. We've gone there just to bowl as well as hosted a kids birthday party.

So I've been here quite a few times. Noticely the bowl, but to get my ball serviced. Doug takes care of me every time I come, he's worked on a couple of bowling balls that I've had. I have no complaints. The facility itself is nice and looks pretty clean and new ish. They have a full arcade, they have a full bar and pool tables and all sorts of accessories that you may look for that don't necessarily involve just bowling. All the service staff is nice and friendly, super helpful. I'll come out just to get my ball worked on and they've sat there and talk to me about all sorts of things so there's a lot of good customer service here. I have been here multiple times, and I probably will continue to come to this location for bowling needs. read more

This bowling place is a great and clean space! The food and bartender were amazing! Our lane had some glitches but i love that the manager helped fix it every single time . The fries and pepperoni flatbread where so good and i appreciated they dont charge an arm and a leg for food! I would definitely recommend and come back here ! read more

My husband had his birthday party on a Friday night. Being responsible adults, we left his car there overnight and I drove him home, you know to avoid drunk/tispy driving. The car was towed when we went to go get it early Sunday morning. EDIT TO ADD: Bowlero staff was very apologetic and compensated us for the towing fee. They also offered to redo our event for free. TL;DR place was good and now it's bad. I've been a patron here for 7 years. 2 years ago I gave this place a 5 star review because they seemed like they were really customer oriented and made solid investments into the alley. Today I had the worst bowling experience I've ever had at any bowling alley America, and I've been to some terrible alleys. I was kicked off the lane that I already purchased three games for($16 without shoes per person) because someone reserved a lane. We were not told prior that we were at risk of losing our lane besides the league that was starting an hour and a half after we started. In fact, we were the first group there when they opened. Not even five frames into our first game we had to leave. It felt like we committed a crime the way they told us we had to get off. They didn't offer to move us to any of the open lanes because they were reserved for the league bowlers, understandable, but they weren't starting for another hour at least. Mind you 38 out of the 40 lanes were reserved for a league. They asked our group, the first group there, to leave, not the second group who came after us. They said once the other group leaves we can get back on. At this point, we already spent money on gas to travel and a pitcher of beer($22 blue moon) which we did not get a refund for. Could you imagine paying a premium for beer at a location and then be told you can't participate. I won't be buying from their bar again. They tried to make it right by not even refunding us but by giving us game vouchers with expirations. Can't wait to use them and get kicked off again. We burned time in their arcade. Also their arcade is a scam. The games can cost X amount of credits. 1 credit == $1. So playing basketball for 60 seconds costs $5. By the time we used our credits all up we saw that the other lane wasn't used anymore but we were never contacted to get back on. At that point we left because why would you stick around and enable this poor customer service. I never knew lane reservation was a thing, and after looking into it on their website I see why we never did it. You are required to reserve 2 hours minimum and shoe rentals for everyone even if you have shoes. So 2 hours for 3 people costs $92 ($17 for shoes $10 is an admin fee, tell me how that makes sense). This place use to be for real bowlers but really it's for the highest bidder. Spend your money at a real bowling alley. read more

BEWARE, this place will tow your car if you get drunk and leave it overnight. They have a full bar and will happily serve you more than enough to get completely hammered, then if you decide to be responsible and catch a ride home they tow your car. They have a massive parking lot that is never full, but still decide to screw over their patrons by removing your vehicle from the lot. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I am SO disappointed in my experience tonight. We have been here every Monday for over a month, because we are building our skill to form a league. We were really excited to find such an awesome alley to regular. Honestly, after the first visit we should have known better. The manager, Larry, charged us for way too many games. For some reason, we let it go and continued coming on Mondays. Tonight, he turned off all of the games at 11 sharp and encouraged us to go somewhere else. His demeanor when I reminded him of the blacklights when the leagues left was obvious. An inconsistent manager makes for a horrible workplace and an even worse place for a customer. I wouldn't waste my money on a place that doesn't care if you like your experience or not. This will be our last night at Bowlero, and our bowling league will live on! read more

Looks can be deceiving. From the moment I approached the counter to order food, I was met with an attitude. The cook acted as though she didn't want to be work; no eye contact with me, turning her back when I was asking a question. It was loud so, of course I couldn't hear well. My brother and I walked in on a Monday night. It wasn't crazy busy, so we requested 2 lanes for a party of 8. The cashier, Deshaun Williams, seemed very bothered and denied our request saying "Nope, y'all gotta bowl on one." We didn't want to make a big deal so we just said "okay it's fine." When we got to our lane, there wasn't much oil on the lane. For those of you that bowl with a hook, a lane without oil impacts the ball a lot. Without oil, you can't really hook the ball to your liking. So we request a lane change. The person in front of us at the time also requested a lane change and was granted it, however, for some reason, the cashier disrespectfully said "No, I'm not changing anymore lanes." When my friends got there, I told them to get a new lane and that we'll just join theirs instead. My friends got a new lane and I told the manager (avoiding the cashier) about the situation and he moved us over to theirs with no problems. The manager was very nice and respectful. After moving to my friends lane, we informed the cashier that we would be moving to lane 4 and that he could shut off lane 19 (the lane that we were previously on). He didn't say anything, just gave a thumbs up. We went on to bowl 1 frame at our lane and then the lane shut off, and the lights turned off. We then went back up and informed him that our lane turned off. He said he would fix it. We waited 10 more minutes and nothing happened. At this point, it has been around 30 minutes since we arrived and we barely were able to bowl. Extremely frustrated, we went back up and told him again that the lane wasn't working. Mr. Williams gave us attitude again and talked to us like we were bothering him. We asked him why he was being unfriendly and then he demanded that we leave. We got into an argument and then he threatened us and jumped over the counter to try to fight us. I've been here multiple times with many different friends. I understand that we all have our bad days at work but every single time we have encountered this dude, he is the worst. He doesn't care about the customers and he certainly doesn't care about his job. The manager called the cops and we were kicked out for this. I understand the manager has a business to protect, however, kicking us out for something that we did not provoke was very upsetting. He did give us a refund though. In the video, you can see Mr. Williams coming at us. We were very patient with him and didn't want to fight him. Looking at the body language, we were just prepared to defend ourselves. We've been bowling since we were kids, all we wanted to do was have a good time, instead we were met with attitude, threats, and hostility. Came here with friends on a Sat, expecting this Bowlero to be like others...it was not. Instead of seating by your lanes they had old tables and chairs staggered so you could never truly sit by your lane. Payed $170 for 2.5 hrs of unlimited bowling, however spent at least good 30 min waiting in line to get drinks. There are no servers, which I enjoy at other locations. No large screens playing music videos, cosmic bowling and the like here. Also, within the charge you get a gift card that has $20/person, for us total $40 for food and drinks. Food menu was very basic - hot dogs, pizza, wings and nachos, which I bought and were super salty. This is a no frills bowling spot at top dollar. I would have expected more at this price point. read more

The staff at this facility are outstanding. they are kind and inviting, helped my children find balls that would fit them and the general feel of the place was just above and beyond most places we have been. it's clean, the food is good and the people who work here are just really nice. we have been to other venues, closer to our house that we will never go to again after our experience at this location. 5 stars! read more

We've been to other bowling alley chains in the Atlanta area and this one is just as good, maybe better? Los Guidry's Thoughts and Recommendations: - Plenty of lanes and tables! Key thing here are tables. How many times have you been bowling with a large group and there just isn't enough seating at the lane? Not here! I love that Bowlero has lots of tables/chairs so even those that aren't bowling have a place to sit and enjoy. - Prices are good! Y'all, you will never pay more than 5 bucks per person to play (not including shoe rental). And if you're there during the day (before 4PM) on week days it's only $3.35! - Concession stand and bar! Just as you would expect, there's a variety of fast food and snack options (hotdogs, popcorn, etc). I was also pleased to find a well stocked bar! - Arcade and pool tables! So, just in case you ended up at a bowling alley and don't enjoy bowling, this place has a decent size arcade area and 2 pool tables. - Lastly, there was plenty of parking. We came here on a Saturday night and it was a pretty slow evening! We had no issues finding parking. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at Bowlero, My husband and I met Caiheem the Manager here and he was so friendly and helpful getting us setup in our lane and during checkout. Took my grandsons here today- Labor Day the website advertised $11 pp for unlimited play. When we got here they charged $9.00 pp, per game. I questioned their special and was told after cashier checking with manager that because it was a holiday, that did not apply. No where on the website did it say excluding holidays read more

PSA for families looking to go bowling. AVOID BOWLEROO IN ROSWELL. We went to Bowleroo in Roswell last night with the kids. What a waste of our time and money! I don't even know where to begin. When you reserve a lane they charge you a $20 food fee per person. I didn't mind this except for the fact that the food was AWFUL!!!!! It didn't even taste good. All that you can order is fried everything. We ordered it at 7:18pm and half of our order was delivered at 8:40pm. We inquired about the other half of our order at 9:00pm and the man came over to deliver the second half at 9:15pm., mind you we had a reservation for only 2 hours 7pm-9pm. The man THREW the food on our table, after I even thanked him for bringing the food and was polite. We had to chase down the bartender for every drink for our kids. Dishes were piled up everywhere, tables were sticky and dirty. They had the nerve to charge us over $200 for 5 people bowl. They do not have the kitchen facilities to keep up with the amount of food that they REQUIRE you to buy. I understand staffing issues, so if that is the probIem remove the food requirement. FIRST TIME...MEMORABLE! Had a wonderful fun night with my family! Made friends with our lane neighbors (social distancing enforced) and had an ultimate blast. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they were delivered to our lane table quickly and fresh! Entered and departed with the help of Jacob, who at the end of the night went out of his way to help my fiancée find his phone when we left without out it. We will be back! Great night! read more
