The telephone system never lets you speak to the "local" shop even tho you call the local number. It always gets routed to the central system. When my CPAP machine started issuing a message that it was at the end of its life, I called the central number to find out what I needed to do. Go to my doctor, get a prescription, including ORIGINAL sleep study report, and dr's notes. So I have to go to the 1st dr that handled this to get the study report, and then to the current dr, who patiently sends probably 35 pages to the fax number I was provided. He does this while I'm still in the exam room. Done. (?) Nope!!!!! A week later I called the central number to verify the prescription was received and in the works. No prescription found. Don't know where that fax number goes to (EVEN THO THEY GAVE IT TO ME) Oh maybe it was sent to the local people. But local people WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. All calls get routed back to the central number. Round and round it goes. I've called my dr and asked him if he has any other companies I can deal with. Waiting to hear, because I'll use this old machine till it totally wears out before I deal with this company again.

I've had them take 3 days to fill basic prescriptions, messages me that prescriptions were ready then say they weren't when I showed up. They have to order basic things that any other pharmacy or even CVS has. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I will happily go 30-40 minutes out of my way to never come here again.
