The telephone system never lets you speak to the "local" shop even tho you call the local number. It always gets routed to the central system. When my CPAP machine started issuing a message that it was at the end of its life, I called the central number to find out what I needed to do. Go to my doctor, get a prescription, including ORIGINAL sleep study report, and dr's notes. So I have to go to the 1st dr that handled this to get the study report, and then to the current dr, who patiently sends probably 35 pages to the fax number I was provided. He does this while I'm still in the exam room. Done. (?) Nope!!!!! A week later I called the central number to verify the prescription was received and in the works. No prescription found. Don't know where that fax number goes to (EVEN THO THEY GAVE IT TO ME) Oh maybe it was sent to the local people. But local people WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. All calls get routed back to the central number. Round and round it goes. I've called my dr and asked him if he has any other companies I can deal with. Waiting to hear, because I'll use this old machine till it totally wears out before I deal with this company again.

Because of this, I asked him to leave for health and safety reasons. He did apologize. I want to be clear that the company itself handled my complaint extremely well. They were apologetic, took the situation seriously, credited my delivery, and promptly sent a second technician who was clean, professional, and respectful. This review reflects a poor hiring or screening decision--not the company's response, which was excellent. I appreciate how quickly they corrected the situation. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere.
