Just bought a house, I was planning on getting new carpets because the living room area and the high traffic areas were is such a bad condition I couldn't imagine that it can be cleaned with carpet cleaning. I gave a call to Jefferson's Home Solutions just because I have a friend that had carpet cleaning service with them and I remembered he told me that they give free estimates. Called them and scheduled and appointment pretty fast, 4 day notice, and they sent a carpet cleaning pro to my house to have an opinion before I'm replacing everything. He tested few spots that he thought were the worst spots, he sew that he can get rid of them and advise me to have the carpet deep cleaned and washed with steam cleaning because there are no holes or any damage to the carpet and it's just very dirty. He charged me a very fair price to each area for steam carpet cleaning, sanitize and deodorize. The job was done in few hours, left the whole place dried, and the change was unbelievable, I swear I couldn't imagine this result with carpet cleaning. The house even smell awesome ! Everything went pretty good. we had to get our basement checked and treated for mold. Since the first phone call everything went very smooth, we set up an appointment for two days after and they kept us posted before they arrived. They took samples from the basement area and from other places around the house and sent it to a lab to check for spores and determine the source. They came back again with the results and made sure they know for sure what is the source and the treatment needed. Honestly, I was ready to pay for the results and check with other companies for cleaning and restoration prices, because it's my first time dealing with something like that I had absolutely no idea what expect . Anywho, they gave us a surprisingly good price so we gave them a green light. They isolated the work area and 2 days later, and pretty quite job, we had MOLD FREE basement ! Thank you ! read more

Oh man if you ever need a reliable, professional, and fast home services you can definetly count on Jefferson's home solution. I had my air ducts dirty, filled with heavy dust and it was just awful for my chest and throat. Had dryer vent cleaning done in a condo. JHS scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and did a great job (actually cleaned it, unlike other companies we had before). The price couldn't be beat, and they were very prompt responding both by email and phone.
