We had a roadside emergency on I 5 north of Yreka. AAA could not send anyone to help us for 4 1/2…read morehours. We called Les Schwab and Trevor promptly arrived, providing emergency service in changing the blown tire for our spare. Even though the Les Schwab dealership was closed, Brian called me and offered to remain at work after hours to place new tires on our RV. Trent stayed with him to assist in the service. As I use to detail cars RV's ect, I can say they are not the best at detailing, but obviously that is not their profession and I can not hold that against them. However, there was slight problems Not so much with Jim, but his workers. In addition to vehicle returns unclean, but after inspection, I found repairs unaligned. I brought this to Jim's attention and took it back to him to redo in October. They had my vehicle for 25 more hours to fix or realign bumper, and unfortunately the best solution they could offer was to take out the light and either use a screwdriver or vice grips and bend the fender to match the bumper. Sadly, in the process the fender became crimped, wrinkled, and chipped. Although it is slight and need to be keenly observant to see it, I feel the repairs are not up to the high standards we both would expect. I would hope they could offer a solution in this matter. What I have to say which is best, they have very secure facility for vehicles. If you can not pick up your vehicle, they have gated fenced and locked parking in the back. They will pick up your vehicle, and deliver upon request if you desire it that way. One last note, Siskiyou Collision Center should have owner notification when vehicles are finished and ready to pick up. I still think they are over all a pretty good place to deal with. Really appreciate the time he took to help me out. My buddy also used this business to service his F350, and had only great things to say about them.

I need my truck for work, and I blew a check engine light, and my truck was running really rough .. Steven squeezed me in even though they were busy and fixed it for me so I can get back to work! They had my truck in and out of there in less than a day and a half, diagnostic, repairs, parts in and a long test drive to make sure she was good to go! ( I commute well over 100 miles a day to and from work, ) A few days later, I smelled diesel from under my hood and just stopped by & JIM (owner/rock star guy) stopped what he was doing to wash my engine compartment off take a quick thorough look under the hood just to make sure I was safe! When other shops couldn't take me in for a week or two these guys stepped up and took care of me fast so I could get back to running my company ! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
