When I spoke with Pam, the office manager, I was told they would not be able to help me because extensions had been filed and I never made an appointment to complete the returns. That was confusing and frustrating - the reason I was calling was to make the appointment and move forward. As a long-time client reaching out to correct the situation, I expected a bit more flexibility or at least a solution-oriented response.
