I've been a patient at bloom dental for over 5 years now. Always left with a happy experience. I usually just get my typical twice a year cleanings, but one day I chipped my tooth. Gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in the next week. Doctor did a great job color matching and shaping the tooth so you couldn't tell the difference. I found this office when I had gotten my new insurance years back. I was hesitant because I had previously went to a dentist office for several years that was Terrible causing me to leave and not care for my teeth for some years. Thankfully after seeing reviews online I took the chance with Bloom Dental and am so happy that I did. The staff is excellent and kind. They always remember your name and are very helpful. The dental hygienists are very thorough and give good recommendations that have improved my dental hygiene and routine. Dr. Binesh is an excellent dentist . Very gentle and thorough work. I don't have any anxiety with dental work anyways but if I did I would trust Dr. Binesh. I never feel pressured or anything as I did at past offices recommending excessive treatments. . I like to pay in cash for my work so I budget and the team is always patient and helps me to prioritize what work needs to happen first based on importance. They never pressure. IMPORTANT - This is coming from someone who has experienced TERRIBLE dentists and has looked over reviews for hours to find a good, trustworthy dentist that will take my insurance (Blueshield HMO). I also was willing to drive up to an hour for a good dentist as I couldn't find a single one locally. After only a few minutes of waiting in the super nice and peaceful office, Dr. Binesh is professional and very kind - no telling me I need this or that, just explaining and showing what she recommends as well as the process behind it. I previously went to a dentist who - within a matter of 2 minutes looking at my teeth - told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work and wanted to charge me right away. Dr. Binesh was the opposite - she took her time, made sure she was accurate with some high tech equipment, and explained everything thoroughly. No pressure to proceed or charge me anything. I was planning my review while still in the chair. I haven't been this excited to review a place before. Guys I haven't been to the dentist in 6 years. I had buttons on my teeth from Invisalign 9 years ago that I didn't finish the treatment. Despite those things I try to keep my teeth clean. I'm telling you this because I'm not the model dentist patient. Lol. To be honest I've had trama in my past so that's the starting point of where I'm at (apprehensive and anxious). So Today, Anna and Mary were phenomenal and Dr. Binesh is so very sweet and gentle. These three were like delicate angles working on my teeth. Do not waste your time coming here if you are new. I had an appt here for 10am today, I would have been a new patient. I was referred here through ZocDoc as a dentist within my HMO network, and they seemed to have great reviews. I arrived 10:05. The first receptionist handed me forms to fill out and while I was, a different receptionist called me to the front. The second receptionist is solely the reason I'm not a patient here. She immediately talked to me with an attitude when I did nothing to invoke that behavior. When I walked up, she told me she needed my insurance card which I happily handed over. She proceeds to make an unnecessary comment, "We try to have this done already so you're not cutting into other people's appointment times." First of all it was me and one other person waiting AND I made an appt like everyone else, so how am I cutting into someone else's time? Plus, they never called me to ask for it prior to my appt so when was I supposed to have that done? When did you try to have it done? I filled out my insurance info through ZocDoc, I thought I was good. I didn't even respond to the comment, I let it go. She looks at my insurance card and basically says because they are not my primary dentist, the one on my card, they can't see me. That I would need to call the insurance and tell them to make them my primary. I really would have called right then and there to do the switch but that initial attitude made me think it was not worth it. So I told her I was just going to have to pass. She proceeds to tell me "Unfortunately because you're not taking your appointment our Dr. will get charged, can you please cancel your appt on your end." As if I was the one who didn't show, who didn't want to be a patient here? Yeah no. I'm sorry if your Dr. does get charged but it's your rude receptionist turning people away. Please address the way she treats your patients. read more

Dr. Binesh has taken care of me, my son & my boyfriend for several years. She is absolutely the BEST dentist we have ever been to!! We have recommended her to many of our friends & colleagues, they are all impressed by her as well. She is so kind, patient, gentle & does exceptional work! Years ago I went to a dentist that didn't numb me enough before drilling & I was crying with pain. He treated me like I was pathetic. This caused me to develop PTSD towards dental appointments. My first time going to Dr. Binesh, I warned her I was a fearful patient. Her sweet demeanor had an immediate calming effect. Before our 'drill session' began, she asked me how i was doing & if I could feel any pain. She gave me relaxing gas & headphones to ease the noise of the drill. Her dental assistant Anna is also super nice & comforting! My new filling was a success & I was happy & thankful to find such an amazing dentist!! I love my dental hygienist Mary too! She is also gentle, very thorough & takes your mind off your mouth with her nice conversations. I need to mention Susie too, who is the office manager & helps out in the patient rooms. Bloom dental is my new dentist! Dr. Binish is so friendly and sweet, I felt comfortable and relaxed during my visit! I have issues clenching my teeth so Dr. Binish recommended me to try a night guard! I've been wearing it every night and it's actually pretty comfortable and doesn't affect my sleep at night. It helps my jaw relax at night and my head has less tension in the morning! My 2 front teeth had chipping from when I was little due to falling off a bike and it has always bothered me cosmetically and Dr. Binish helped me bond my teeth and I couldn't be happier with the results! She really put me at ease during the quick procedure and every time she did something, she would inform me what she was about to do and kept checking to see if I was doing okay! Everyone else on staff was friendly as well! The hygienist was gentle, also fun to talk to! My first visit with Dr. Binesh was on 06/02/2020 for an issue with a filling that another Dentist performed. She explained that the previous Dentist removed too much of my tooth for the filling to hold. The tooth had been prepped for an onlay or crown. Dr.Binesh proceeded to do a filling and advised me to call in if I had any issues. I was told that the amount I paid for the filling ($360) would be deducted if I had to return for an onlay or crown. I had an appointment on 02/08/2021 because part of the filling came out again. The dental assistant takes pictures and says that she doesn't see anything and that it could be just build-up because I needed a cleaning sitting in the chair for five minutes cost me $85. Fast forward $445 It was a part of my filling and now I have to pay $950 to another dentist to get this issue resolved. Not to mention the not so pleasant attitudes the front staff have. Reply 08/10/2021 Frankly, Dr.Binesh isn't responding to comments; it's one of the rude dental assistants. But, let us take a trip down memory lane since you want to be a smart ass. After coming in for the second opinion Dr.Binesh completed the filling and advised me to come in if there were any changes hence the appointment 8 months later. There was no follow-up appointment after that; after those x-rays, you claimed nothing was wrong with the tooth. You were asked about a deep cleaning where you advised me to check with my denti-cal dentist; About getting a full mouth of X-rays and bringing them to you guys. Because pricing could vary if I needed gum treatment or any other work done. Never demanded a crown either I said whatever was the best option because of what I could afford at the time. But let's thank Dr.Binesh for doing what no other practice would do by offering a discount for her service. The only follow-up I had was after the filling was placed and it was a call. So where was this follow-up appointment that was scheduled? FYI! The review left for the other dentist was clearly the one who prepped the tooth incorrectly in the first place. It is clear what you can't magically do hopefully, you can stop with the lengthy snarky essay you write and work on the customer service within your office. read more

I have never had a more pleasant experience with any dentist! Dr. Binesh and her team are all simply amazing. Just got my cleaning done! I feel a little bad because I came in with a bit of a cynical attitude (expecting to get a bunch of unnecessary suggestions as I had gotten every time at every other dental establishment) and I quickly realized that this will actually be somewhere I feel comfortable enough to trust the staff and their suggestions! My teeth aren't terrible so I never expect much treatment needed other than cleaning but the team did a thorough job of explaining just one minor concern which will be resolved with a filling. If I could give this place a TEN I would! , the staff first of all SO nice they make you feel so welcomed ! I was on care credit in search for a dentist to help with this uncomfortable feeling I had on my top left side and I noticed a hole and I was devastated cause I knew already that's a no-no. Anyways I called the same day I noticed and they were so attentive had me come in the same day. The appointment went so well they dove right in and examined took xrays and told me exactly what was going down. I had to get a root canal and lemme tell you guys and gals N O P A I N !!!! she was AMAZING the whole team there is amazing . Also they made sure I felt comfortable and told me to let them know if I was in any pain . Also they went over the prices and etc and offered an in house plan that I was SO grateful for because I don't have dental insurance. This helped so much and so happy I found them. Fast forward I had no pain and came in for a follow up today 5/13/19 and deep cleaning. Jessica the hygienist also amazing! This team is A ++++ I could go on and on but yes I've already referred a couple of people that I know don't have insurance and etc so hopefully they go and I hope this review helps . Like many, it's been very difficult to find an honest dentist - one you feel comfortable with while in the chair and with your wallet. I've had my fair share of over-billing and not properly fitted crowns. I visited Dr. Binesh originally for a second opinion on a "deep cleaning" (my former dentist would only allow and I was denied a regular cleaning). I was given a thorough check by Dr. Binesh and her staff to find no apparent reason for an expensive deep clean. I decided to switch to this office as I was impressed by how clean and organized it was, the welcoming of the staff and the place is small so they're not cramming in patients by the dozen with long wait periods. I'm a nervous patient but they take their time, explain everything and show you the work they've done on the monitor as well. It's safe to say that this office has made me unafraid of the dentist. The staff and doctor are all extremely friendly and understanding of my fears. They did not shame me for not going to the dentist for so long or make me feel anything other than comfortable. Dr Binesh is so nice and caring and gentle! I went to Bloom dental for a 2nd opinion. Susie, the front office receptionist went out of her way to make sure and accommodate the time that works best for me to schedule my appointment. I was told by a previous dentist and that I needed a deep cleaning. When I went to bloom Dental, Nora,the hygienist evaluated my gums and told me that I do not need a deep cleaning. she explained the difference between a deep cleaning and a regular leaning. What a relief when someone takes the time to explain what is right and wrong to you. Then dr. Binesh came in and went over my x-rays with me. She explained the anatomy of my teeth, how a cavity is formed, and answered all my questions. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, and what is the best treatment for me.
