That day came, 1:15 was my appointment, never called me. I called them , they let me know they had been calling me and were calling the wrong number. Which is so ridiculous considering they have my paperwork and have texted me the appointment confirmation in the past. Like how does that happen? So AGAIN, they make me reschedule another appointment. So unprofessional and so inconsiderate. How is it my fault they were calling the wrong number?? Then we schedule another appointment, I get a few calls later from a doctor. Let's me know due to not answering my phone at 1:37, they have to reschedule AGAIN? When I just rescheduled. Like ? Do they have common sense?? I let her know it's been rescheduled and she says there is nothing scheduled? I don't know who has anything against me at this clínicas but it's so ridiculous. The scheduling team is so unprofessional and idiotic. They need to train better or get a new team of ppl who actually want to work there and help patients. They know nothing about hospitality. I had three fillings done there and was in pain for two weeks straight; the experience left me feeling so stressed and violated that I was stuck in bed for a week. I decided to return to Insight Dentistry, this time, to the office in Downtown (I've been to their other Ventura location before), and I'm so glad I did. The dental assistant, Jenny, who did my X-Rays was so gentle and caring. Dr. Boldbaatar immediately identified the problem and fixed it. She re-did the fillings, and it was completely painless. I came in for a mouth guard because I was in pain and having trouble sleeping. They told me I desperately needed a special laser teeth cleaning that insurance didn't cover and then said I needed an at home treatment to help reverse damage. (None of this was true: I could've just had a regular cleaning that my insurance covered) They charged $2500 of treatments all at once for things I hadn't even received yet. Once I looked up the information on the non proven treatment I wanted to cancel but they said it was too late. I was over charged by $1000 and now they won't take my calls. My mouth guard didn't even come with a case. This place is a scam and they should never exploit people that are in pain. Please go somewhere else that truly cares about your well being.
