The office is super clean, pleasant and all the staff, including the front desk staff are super nice, friendly, respectful and kind. Dr Hahn and the team provide exceptional care and are super gentle, thoughtful during all the procedures, cleaning, x-rays and exams. I also am paying a one time yearly fee for the services provided which I believe is very reasonable since my insurance did not cover this office and other PPO Dentists. When I explained I had been biting my tongue and my cheek, he told me "that's a soft tissue issue" and told me to go to a periodontist! From the minute he placed this bridge, I told him it was too big! It was uncomfortable and I felt like I had a wad of gum behind my front teeth, and it even flew out of my mouth at a Christmas party last year! I waited six months to see if it felt any better and when it did not, I went to another dentist for a consultation. He agreed the bridge did not fit well and even contacted Dr. Babbitt to see if he would refund my money so it could be done properly. Dr. Babbitt refused to give even a partial refund and believed his work was perfect. Now, almost one year later, I need a root canal on one of the abutment teeth because the bridge does not fit right and bacteria made its way inside. I have been in excruciating pain for two weeks now as I try to gather the money for a root canal and another bridge. Lastly, my roots were exposed and I noticed they were discolored. I was told by Dr. Babbitt this was caused by brushing too hard and that it was just discoloration. I was NEVER told that what was actually happening was that my roots were decaying due to dry mouth caused by daily use of Flonase! He even said that because you couldn't see my gums when I smile, it isn't something that needed to be fixed. Had he emphasized that my roots were decaying at an alarming rate and I would need to fix the problem sooner than later, I would have made that priority and NOT gotten the bridge that I really didn't need. Base your decision to see this dentist with whatever information you have, but beware that this could happen to you too, so choose wisely.

Called his office at 10p.m. to leave a voice message in opes they would call me the next day. To my surprise, Dr. Lee answered the phone and we spoke for nearly 60 minutes about my critical dental health. He explained all I needed to know about LANAP and he scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. The dentist I spoke with before Dr. Lee, wanted to remove 5 of my teeth and do 5 bone graphs to prepare for dental implants. The cost would have be in the neighborhood of 30K. Dr. Lee explain in no uncertain terms that my dental health wasn't anywhere near healthy enough for implants. After discussing LANAP a bit more, I was sold. I probably can't say the exact cost of what Dr. Lee did for me, but lets just say he save me a heap of money. More importantly he saved the 5 teeth that the other would have removed. Dr. Lee actually saved my entire mouth and then some. Dr. Lee is super honest, direct, and informative. I feel I received some of the best dental work of my life. I could not recommend Prime Dental Group and Dr. Lee enough. I hope to have Dr. Lee around for many years to come! If i could give 10 stars on this review, I most definitely would!
