My have PPO and I wonder why they sent my son was sent away cause they thought he had HMO when I specifically mentioned that I have PPO when I called to make the appointment! He is cautious to not perform procedures unless necessary, which is hard to find in most dentists we have encountered since. The front receptionist and the hygienists are all very friendly. He is also GREAT with kids-- my children saw him since they were toddlers and he was very gentle and explained everything to them so they didn't get nervous or scared.
