I also pay in cash so I can avoid the usual credit card surcharge that many businesses charge. Secondly, I haven't felt and looked this good in years. I'm 50 and most folks think I'm in my late 30's-early 40's. I always get excited for my appts because they make getting my services a lot of fun. I feel cared for and pampered and there is never any discomfort for me with my more involved services. Hands down the worst experience at any Dr.'s office that I have EVER been to!! I showed up 20 mins…read moreearly for my appointment with my 1yr old in tow. When I went to check in, they didn't even know who I was or that I had an appointment! We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins before they called me into a small room that smelled of dead, burnt skin and chemicals. I sat in that room for 30 mins!! All the while I can hear the "Dr" in his office across the hall making personal phone calls and then lunch plans. The receptionist came in and apologized 4 times, saying that the Dr would be right in. Yeah right. Finally, I decided that I was going to leave. As I was putting on my sons coat, the Dr walked in. I wish more than anything that I had just kept walking. He spoke to me about my eczema for all of 4 mins and then sent me on my way. The entire experience from start to finish was completely ridiculous! The receptionist was completely incapable of even making an appointment, let alone offering good customer service. I am beyond disappointed through this entire experience. I received a phone call over a month after my appointment stating that they were trying to get with my insurance over my prescriptions, which they never did. They never followed through with any of the things they said that they were going to. I was also supposed to receive a call from them to schedule a follow up appointment. Surprise...no call from them! No matter, I would NEVER go back there again, and I'm hoping that this review will stop anyone who is thinking of going to this office. Finally, I received my 1ST bill from them in the mail on 12/28/2011 and less than a month later, they sent me to collections. I was told that they were going to get with my insurance and they would bill me accordingly. Not only did they not communicate with me that my insurance wasn't going to cover this bill, but they also sent me to collections less than 1 month after I received my bill!!! I have NEVER been so utterly disgusted with a service that I've received. In this case, lack of service! Go ANYWHERE but here if you are looking for a good Dermatologist. Terrible service, lack of care for their patients and complete disregard for how valuable your time is. You will be wishing you never stepped foot into this place, as I am today. Not to mention, I was charged nearly $400.00 for the 4 mins I spent with the Dr. Wow, who knew that a Dermatologist made $100.00 an hour for doing absolutely nothing. I'm in the wrong profession! I hope if you have skin problems that you find an answer to your discomfort. I certainly did not with this Dr. Even the $40 script that he prescribed didn't do anything for me. Would NEVER go back there again after how we were treated on more than one occasion. The medical care may be exceptional, but it's that final interaction that can make it an absolutely horrible experience. Customer beware if you get a call from her as she is epically nasty from minute one. Never even paid late or did anything to deserve it and yet she treats you like an idiot, is very unprofessional and lacks customer service in any way shape or form. It is truly unfortunate for the medical professionals who work there as they will continue to lose customers due to her and not the medical cares.

First and…read moreforemost starting with the unprofessional staff from talking to them over the phone to being there in person but I still gave them a chance ( I should have known better). I came in 10 min prior to my appointment, I stood at the front desk for a couple minutes without anyone acknowledging me, the front desk girl was on her cell phone and there were a couple ladies in the back just chatting. Finally the girl looks up and notices me and has me fill out paperwork. I was taken back to a room 30 min after my appointment was scheduled, I sat in there for another 10 min until the doctor finally came in. He came into my room without acknowledging me, he didn't introduce himself not even a simple hello. He and the nurse went into a corner and started writing stuff down, he came and glanced at my lashes for a couple seconds ,then he says that he is going to prescribe me cream for my face, he never even looked at my skin which was the main reason I went there for. I had a lot of dry patches on my face that happened out of no where and I wanted to know if it could be just dry skin or possible eczema, he didn't ask me about the products I'm currently using he didn't ask when the dryness occurred basically normal questions a doctor would ask someone. The visit with the doctor lasted a whole 5 min he left the room without saying nice to see you or thanks for coming he just leaves the room. I go to check out and the "prescribed cream" is a white jar that looks like they bought some whole sale lotion and packed it in their own jar with a tacky sticker on it that cost $25.00, cetaphil works way better for half the cost. They wasted my time and money for services I really didn't get. If you want a doctor to actually speak with you about the concerns you have I would not recommend this doctor. I wanted to add one last thing. I did call the office manager the next day to tell her of the bad experience I had because this visit was certainly not worth my $300 +, I spoke with one lady she basically called me a liar, and then a different office manager called me back which I explained again my issues with the visit, then the doctor gets on the phone and has the nerve to argue with me and try and tell me that he did tell me what was going on with the issues I had, he was basically insinuating that I was lying. Never have I dealt with a doctor who is utterly unprofessional and rude. It took me two office workers and and argument with the doctor to basically rectify the situation. I just want to say that I don't mind paying $300 + for a visit if I'm actually getting the care I came for. I work at a hospital and I have never seen a doctor act the way he did absolutely unprofessional.Clearly this doctor is only worried about money and not the patients themselves.
