I had a work accident where I broke my front teeth and I got in with Dr. Larijani and he went right to work and made magic happen for temporary teeth so I didn't have to suffer and experience a day without great looking teeth. Following that great treatment and experience, I have gone through the entire process of veneers. Stage make a temporary set of teeth, which many people complimented me on! Stage 2 prepare teeth for veneers, and they were so accommodating and thoughtful of me as the patient during this process. Stage 3 veneers, which they were always so eager to listen and make the necessary adjustments during this process. The veneers look so naturally awesome which is all I cared about. I didn't want them to look fake! They truly went above and beyond to make the teeth look perfect! Dr. Larijani I cannot thank you enough and all of the staff, you guys are so amazing!!! It was an emergency but they never told me I would not be treated until June when the doctor was back from vacation. What happened to medical ethics??? What happened to honesty? They exposed me to radiation knowing they would not be treating my emergency.

I called & asked for a recheck 3 months later of my tooth. Melissa at front office was very nice, said she saw the notes & to come at 4.40. She then proceeded to call back four times saying the DR said at this point I should see a pain specialist & she didn't want to see me & if I did come in I would be charged. she also stated that since I didn't buy my mouthguard from their office, they couldn't touch it. I said no thank You & I was extremely disappointed. It was not a rude or mean-spirited call. End of story right? Nope Dr Meghan called back personally & told me I had roughed up her office staff & that as a local business owner I should understand that they can't do a re-check for free, but she would try to give me Grace & see me. But if it was a different issue I would be charged. JUST ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE MORE INTERESTED IN $$ THAN HELPING PATIENTS. My issue is she offered a recheck then when I tried to come back saying we have to charge you. Ultimately, she did apologize & offer me to comeback & said she wouldn't charge, but I wouldn't feel comfortable going in after 5 conversations & her saying that she never knew any of this & that her staff didn't communicate it to her which is even more troubling. The previous dentist took xrays. Everything was fine. Both family members went to this dentist for a routine cleaning ONLY. Both were told at the time of the cleaning they need a filling. Conveniently, the Dr did the filling right away at the time of cleaning. We asked our old dentist to take a look at the xrays and he confirmed the filling were not necessary! He also told us the fact that the Dr performed the filling immediately during cleaning should have been the clue that this is their game to generate revenue.
