A lot of incorrect information in regards to Invisalign and veneers for my teeth. Both orthodontics and oral surgeon disagreed with what Dr Facer mentioned with my deep bite. Very expensive and not forthright with pricing. First time using them for my son's small one surface filling. They would not give me pricing before. Was told after, not in network, but have a PPO. My out of pocket is over $250. Insurance said this was extremely high and what a three or four surface filling could be, not a one surface. I will not return. read more

The staff and doctors at FHP are great. They are all super friendly and happily deal with my excessive dental anxiety from childhood. I went in yesterday with an issue, expecting a near-death experience, and the process was so easy that I was honestly shocked to hear Dr. Parker say he was already done. the one thing I asked them to do is not upsell me. The first appt was 2 hours and I understand that. I went back for my cleaning and it was okay at first then the conversation went to what I should be doing for my teeth and why my toothpaste isn't sensodyne and that I should be using my Waterpik at level 10. Then she asked me if I referred anyone. I said no and she said you should! Why? Is coming here all referral based? Do you get commission? We are not realtors begging for money are we? I've been coming to this dentist for a few years now for cleanings and recently got 10 veneers. I have to say this is the best dentist in Orange County and is different than your typical dentist. After moving to a new state, it took me a while to find a great dentist who took into consideration my dental wants and needs. I'm so glad I found Hales Parker Facer, everyone is very welcoming and they keep their office very nice and clean. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable about dental health and I have always had great experiences. I ended up getting 10 veneers on my top teeth with Dr. Tyler Hales in December last year and the process was so easy that I wish I would have done it sooner. I chipped my front tooth as a kid and needed it replaced so I decided to do all the showing top teeth. I work in the aesthetic industry and have always wanted a perfect smile and teeth. Dr. Hales did just that! For the first appointment, I got a test drive smile, which was temporary for the day that went over your teeth so you can get a feel for what they will look like. I then scheduled the temporary teeth that you kept on for a couple of weeks before the final veneers were placed. They make you very comfortable. I didn't feel anything after the numbing and we're only sore for about a week. My teeth look so natural that no one ever guesses they are veneers. I highly recommend Dr. Hales!! read more

Dr Parker & his assistant, Claudia, are the dynamic duo! Claudia explained everything that was going to take place, and put my mind at ease. She is just the best! Dr Parker got the tooth out, completed the bone graft, and stitched me up, with no pain or discomfort. They make your experience so comfortable, and treat you like family.
