We had an exchange student chip her tooth on a Saturday and they not only answered my VM on a weekend, he drove all the way up from OC for an emergency visit on a SUNDAY. I just had to deal with a second crown put in (one of which was bc of a crappy crown from another dentist that probably contributed to the TMJ leading to a deep cavity underneath the crown) and both experiences were practically PAINLESS. How is that even possible??!? The staff, from the front desk to the hygenists to the billing are ALL friendly, kind, and so gentle. The whole team is incredible and they deserve 10 stars!

When patients are vulnerable & seeking emergency care, transparency & ethical billing practices should be the standard & not something patients have to fight to uncover afterward.
